"Order, pay, refund"

Yet another company starting the spurious practice of having something on their website, order pay for it, wait for it, then 3 days later get a refund with no explanation. Got to then work out why. Thanks for stealing my time

While looking for the tools I wanted this company came up first, with the prices significantly cheaper and with better contents (bigger battery’s) I originally thought it would be too good to be true. While digging deeper I found some terrible and recent reviews. I thought if something did go wrong I could always open a claim and so on, when ordering its was a seamless experience (ordered on a Sunday afternoon) I got my shipment info from Parcelforce 2 days later and on the 3rd day it was here. Box was well packaged with bubble wrap surrounding all sides of my parcel with everything being correct and in immaculate condition. I would definitely shop here again and would 100% recommend to anyone

Arnaque. Rien reçu au bout de deux mois. Je compte les signaler. D’ici là gardez vous de commander quoique que ce soit : argent perdu !

ATTENTION ARNAQUE !!! N'achetez rien sur ce site, on vous trouve une raison pour garder votre règlement et vous ne recevrez jamais votre article ! Un de mes proches en a eu pour une cinquantaine d'euros de sa poche...multipliez cela par X bonnes poires qui n'iront pas porter plainte pour une petite somme ! C'est tellement facile !
Si vous avez aussi commandé sur ce site, je vous conseille vivement de faire au minimum la démarche de signalement d'arnaque sur le site de 60 millions de conso et sur le site officiel du gouvernement (signalement . gouv)
Il semblerait qu'il y ait pas mal de faux vendeurs en ce moment dans le domaine du bricolage, alors prudence !

Arnaque ma mère a eu la confirmation de réception de son colis, alors que non!
Power tools ne répond pas, voir repond à côté lorsqu’ils daigne enfin répondre ...nous avons signalé auprès du site de livraison qui va certainement ne pas en rester là et pour mes parents ça sera plainte en gendarmerie.
A fuir !!!!!
Et au cas où ils répondraient ici, ici c’est un site d’avis objectifs et non pas les avis trompeurs du site direct!
Ras le bol des arnaqueurs !
Donc après vérification, dans un soucis de justesse:
Power-tools.uk faites le nécessaire car power-tools.fr n'étant pas vous, ils utilisent votre nom pour arnaquer les gens ...dans cette histoire, il y a le consommateur qui est lésé, mais également vous ! Et je passe également par la société de livraison...ils ont de beaux jours devant eux si personne ne fait rien!

Received an item not as described. Seller claimed it was an oversight. Told them I wanted to return for a refund, had to chase them for a returns label they said they'd send and didn't.
They recieved the item back 7 days ago and I still haven't had my money back. Have now opened a claim case on PayPal, but this takes time. Not happy as I'm £47 out of pocket!

Placed an order on good Friday I buy a lot of Milwaukee tools and had problems with delivery in the past with other companies. because of this I called POWERTOOLSUK on 01355 234328 to check that the information on the website was correct they were closed I contacted them again on the Tuesday after the bank holiday and was re asured that it was on their shelf but the delivery would be 4 working days as their site stated. This was fine. I was told it would be delivered on the Friday.

On the Friday I had received nothing stating when it would be delivered so I called again. I was told it was in transit to them and it would be with them Monday or Tuesday to be delivered Tuesday or today (Wednesday) I received a call today saying it had not gone I told them I was fed up with being lied to.

I ended up speaking to the managing director who was rude and would not accept the fact his company had lied to me.

he then proceeded to lie to me telling me that the website was correct when they closed on the Thursday but they had then sold the items. when I told him I had been told that they had it on the shelf on the Tuesday he said that he didn't know why anyone would tell me that as one of the items was not a stock item.

he told me he would refund and not send me the goods.

I am glad I was not desperate for the goods as I would have struggled with no accurate delivery date.

I now have no faith in POWERTOOLSUK and will AVOID THIS COMPANY in the future.
