"if you need a quick fix, don't use these!"

I used this Company as I needed my phone fixing fast, as I use it for both work and personal. The front screen was broken and it had slight damage to the back, looking on their web sight they state that fix times are between 2 and 4 hours which was fine with me, as this was better than posting the phone away else where and waiting longer. So I handed in my mobile on the time it was booked in for at 12:00pm. Called them at 15:30pm to see if there were any updates, called over 12 times, no answer. So I had to go back to the shop, for them to say it would be a few more hours? but I was not prepared to wait any longer, and couldn't wait around for a few more hours when they state up-to 4 online which I made allowances for..? Any way, my insurance team called me back the following morning and advised it was fixed shortly before 7pm as they have an online portal to see updates which they checked for me as they too, could not get any answer on the telephone!, and I could now go back to collect it the following day however, this was a massive inconvenience to me now, as I had no child care and it's a 20 mile round trip! now I have taken 3 hours out of my day off to go back into Manchester to collect it, I mentioned my diss-satisfaction it literally fell of deaf ears, the store Manager said he'll mention it to the area Manager, I asked would he call me to discuss the matter, I got, maybe, maybe not, don't use this Company if you need something doing quick, also, they might as-well cancel their landline, as they never pick the thing up. poor experience all round.
