"Amazing experience at ismash in Bluewater!"

I went to ismash in bluewater after finishing work early only to discover that not only was I 15 mins late to my appointment but I had actually booked it for the wrong day. Edgar couldn’t have been more understanding and despite being busy found the time to look at my battery. 20 mins later we recieved a text it was ready. He had done it! Replaced the battery so gently. It has been causing me nothing but problems and I am so relieved it is now working. I cannot thank him enough. The customer service and care they take is above and beyond. I will only come here in the future if I have a problem. True credit to the team.

Excellent, efficient friendly service at Charing Cross, despite poor Daniel having to fix phones, field walk-in customers and answer phone queries in a cubicle where the temperature was 29C despite two fans. What a hero!

I had the pleasure of getting my iPad Air 4 screen fixed at iSmash in Canary Wharf this week. Walked in late on Thursday, picked it up the next day at around lunchtime. The repair was flawless, as was the excellent customer service from Shaikho who took time to explain what my options were and the nuances of the repair process. Shaikho was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, a great ambassador for the firm.
