Superb service. My insurer uses them as an accredited repair provider and they get no complaints from me. The repair restored my phone to a box fresh condition and it was done within the timescale I was provided. I was also given a lifetime warranty for the new screen.

My son collected today on the 19th of August
He came back said the person that served him was not pleasant at all
He asked for a bag to put it in or something to wrap in as a new screen. They said no straight away not helpful at all he said not very customer care etc
Especially spending £85 for a repair. Surely a bag to put to protect it
Won’t be going again.
