"Unresolved issue"
I’ve had an ongoing frustrating experience with iSmash Meadowhall regarding the repair of my iPhone 14 Pro Max. After a faulty screen replacement by their team, they promised to reinstall the original screen within 5-7 business days. It’s now been over a month, and despite repeated attempts to get an update, there has been no communication or resolution.
The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and excessive delay have been incredibly disappointing. My issue is still unresolved, and I would not recommend their services to anyone based on this experience.

Martha was superb! So helpful and really went the extra mile on both my phone repairs and my visits and phone calls. She is an asset to the company and very knowledgeable.
No other repair shop comes close and I’ve tried a few!

Avoid like the plague.
Took phone in for repair, came out worse then what it went in as. Unusable now. Screen flickers, switches off randomly every 2seconds, and phone switches off completely. Emails go unanswered. Customer service on website goes unanswered. Captcha codes on website don't work so can't log any complaints. No phone number to call conveniently

The man was very knowledgeable and helpful and all though our ipad could not be fixed he informed us what had gone wrong and actually showed us the problem..excellent service would highly recommend iSmash and any problems in the future with my tech I will take it straight there...Thank you 😀

Good quality repair but refused to honour price match guarantee as the price offered by EE online was too low?

Took my iPad for repair, they said it as unrepairable, took my details from the iPad and tried committing fraud by requesting money from people through my emails. Reported to ismash complaints and they couldn’t care less. Avoid these scammers

"Speedy and no hassle "
I took initially my phone in for investigation but staff informed me that as phone was still under warranty they could do repair in-house, while I waited. This was excellent news as I feared having to send away and be without it for a period. I couldn't be more pleased with the speed of service.

Great customer service at iSmash Eldon Square, Newcastle, from Sam and Yassin. Replaced screen in iPad Pro (2018), when it wasn’t economical to have Apple do it. 47% cheaper than Apple, although obviously not a genuine Apple screen I can’t tell any difference. Prompt service and excellent communication. Much appreciated.
