Ismash in Kingston changed my iPhone 13 pro screen. Then i received my phone on the screen was message that screen is not genuine or not installed properly. Then i asked staff why is this, they told me they using not genuine parts and this message will stay all the time. Then i make booking for repair nobody was mentioning about that.

I recently visited Ismash shop in Birmingham to replace the front glass on my Pixel 5. However, instead of just replacing the glass, they ended up replacing the entire screen without my consent. Not only that, but they assured me they were using genuine Pixel parts, yet the screen they installed was clearly not authentic. The quality of the new screen is absolutely horrendous, and I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable phone repairs.

iSmash in London bridge returned my Google pixel with a new screen. Within a day it's become detached at the bottom so I'll have to take it in again to have it re-attached properly.
