Popped in as for no accountable reason my phone had frozen and I was completely stuck as to what to do. Sam dropped everything and sorted it out straight away. Much appreciated as I was awaiting a number of important calls

Tech first thing offered to exchange my phone to a newer one and when I said I don't want to cell my phone he said it's the back of the phone that needs to be changed completely.

And the problem was only the broken glass behind the camera not the whole back

My daughter had smashed her iPhone screen was quoted £219 elsewhere! Checked online reviews for ismash so thought we'd give them a try, absolutely not disspointed!! Screen was repaired within half an hour, new case, screen protector and free screen repair for a year for £129!! Served by Abu at the Leeds branch, he was fab, no 14yr old wants to hand their phone over to a stranger, he reassured her and us, super friendly! Won't go anywhere else now.

Booked online and dropped phone in 30 mins early, immediately reassured that phone could be fixed and impressed with booking in process including sleeve to protect phone. Collected fully working phone about an hour later, with everything working and possibly with the finger print reader working better than before. Marginally pricy compared to others, but worth every penny!

I accidentally dropped my phone on my ipad and the screen was utterly smashed, especially around the home button. I took it into iSmash at bluewater, and the very next day it was as good as new. You wouldn't think the screen had ever been damaged at all. iSmash is an incredible service and well worth the prices they charge.

They list on their website that they are
"apple certified" and use "genuin apple components" however, this is a lie, they use fake batteries and screens and sell them off as apple genuine knowing that YOU the customer would never open the phone and find out!

After a short email chain with their customer service, they revealed this fact to me but call their parts "iSmash Genuine" parts.
