Poor, rude staff at the London Bridge branch. Very disappointed by the customer service, it felt that he was accusing me of non existent issues with the phone to make money as my phone was under warranty. I ultimately decided to not get serviced at this branch and go elsewhere.

I went to Cribbs causeway branch to repair my I phone 14 pro . The person on the front desk said unfortunately they can’t fix the screen . But on the website it say they have in stock . Completely unprofessional . It was on 22nd February @4 pm . Then I straight went to Apple Store just next door they fixed my phone in 20 mins . This store is rubbish due to unprofessional staff.

As recommended by GOOGLE PIXEL I dropped in to my nearest authorized service centre i.e. i-Smash at the London Bridge. I was told by them that the damaged screen on the PIXEL 7-PRO was not covered in warranty and was quoted £249 to change it. I requested to send the payment link to my email and filled up all the required information & was told it should be received in an hours time but it did not happen. Since then (approximately noon) I had been repeatedly calling the centre number to follow up on the email not received which was never answered. I received a message stating the repair was done. I tried calling that number which was unrecognised.
The next day I went to pick up the device and on informing them the email was not received I was told yes the email was bounced back yet no effort was made to resend it or to get in touch by phone. Without making any changes my information given I received the message instantly.
A £249 service doesn't have a reachable contact and after paying this much - I feel very unsatisfied with such a service. (the repair is satisfactory)
