These guys fixed my phone for £49. Id just been quoted £ 365 by Apple! Who lied saying the was a broken cable and id loose all my contents of the phone. Ismash kept all my data, thankfully, and fixed the problem, there was no broken cable. It needed a new battery! Shame on apple, well done ismash, you saved my day! Thankyou!

Really positive experience with the St Pancras team! I dropped in without an appointment to see if they were able to book me in and they did. They took my phone there and then and advised it would be fixed within a few days due to the part needing to be ordered. I couldn't believe it when I had a message the next day to say it was ready to be collected!
Initially the reason for going to iSmash was because they don't delete your data (I needed this saved as my display had gone so I couldn't back anything up) but on top of that they made the whole process super easy, replaced my battery free of charge and the two team members I liaised with were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Hopefully I won't need my phone fixing again but I would definitely take it to iSmash if I did.
