Very pleased with Ismash!
The lady was very friendly and patient ( I was late for my appointment due to traffic)
My XR phone screen was fixed perfectly and I had no hassle with the booking online at all. Everything from online booking to service was perfect and very professional. It’s a shame they don’t fix Huawei phones. I highly recommend them.

Avoid iSmash unless you want constant visit to the shop! Replaced screens are ghosting, “it is normal they say. Not for me!” ie it does what ever it wants deleting, editing, calling and sending messages to random people!
An incident luckily avoided but when I was about to call emergency services screen froze!

If I knew these screens were so faulty, I’d rather pay full price to Apple and avoided all these headaches and shop visits

Perfect. Took my iPad in for a repair after the screen was cracked deeply. It was replaced and the screen is now perfect and working. The staff were very friendly and overall a great experience. Thank you.

"Lied to my face"

Would have less than one star if I could. My partner went in to get her iPhone 14 pro max front screen replace had a slight crack in the corner. We went to the White City store today and had the screen replaced. Go back an hour of so later to collect fine it works but now the phone doesn’t stay on for more than 30 seconds go back to the store the manager tells us this can happen it was reset it’s itself in a few hours. Few hours later we go back still not happy as it doesn’t stay on. There’s another staff member now that says the manager told me about this one there was a fault with the phone before we touched it basically lying to my face as I know for a fact it was working perfect other than the crack. To make up for my inconvenience I can buy a new one through them after they broke the phone and now I can’t take it to apple as the warranty is done and void. All I would like is an apology of oh we screw up as I have already been to apple and brought her a new phone
