Bearing in mind Google recommends these guys to fix their phones. They get 1 star for the guy I originally spoke to this Monday, Alfie I think. Needed a new back cover for my Pixel 7a. He couldn't find any stock on the system which he said was strange and that he'd email someone to find out what the issue was. Phoned me an hour later to say that Google were discontinuing my device for repairs with them and that all stock has been removed from the database as they can't order anymore although they had plenty of stock in the warehouse. 3 - 5 days I was told for the part to be delivered and the colour of my device confirmed. Thursday I got a message saying they'd tried to ring me so I called back to be told they couldn't get the part and couldn't repair the device. I explained what I'd been assured it was both in stock and had been ordered. Guy asked for my order number, agreed with what I'd been told originally but then changed the story to they'd been emailing round to try and find the part in the correct colour. Only came up with this when I asked why on earth it had taken them 4 days to tell me that they couldn't get a part they'd allegedly already ordered. So now I have to go and find somewhere else to sort this shambles out and I'm guessing that it'll be next week before I get it sorted. Incidentally I can order the part myself online and get next day delivery and I'm not a Google recommend repairer, astounding! Ismash meadowhall you have excelled yourselves, 4 days to decide they can't get a part the customer can source themselves within 24hrs on a phone that hasn't even been out for a year until may!

"Very disappointing service"
Really poor experience from Bristol Cribbs Causeway, broken screen on a 9th gen ipad, price quoted is about 40% more than I have ever paid elsewhere however as I had travelled up anyway and was promised a 24/48hr turnaround I agreed last Saturday. Nearly a week later the ipad is still not repaired as the home screen failed during the repair and a new part needs to be sent (clearly via the moon). My autistic daughter will now not have her ipad over the coming weekend which will be a distressing for her. I had no follow up to explain the problems it was only because I chased I specified at the latest I need it back by Thursday as I have work commitments Friday and Saturday so will not be in the area. Advised today they still cannot release it. I will not be using this company in the future.

I called to London Bridge branch of iSmash and I can tell you Tuesday 6 February 2024 was the best day.
The team of two wonderful members of iSmash was the source of my joy and contentment. Both was assiduously working faithfully and the favour of such courtesy and efficiency was a joy to behold
The style and handling of the iPhone was so professional and the team got to work on the smashed phone screen
In a very short time (about one and a half hours later) the phone looked brand new! I am thrilled and almost danced all the way home in happiness

"Replaced battery on my 3.5 year old mobile"
Replaced battery on my 3.5 year old Samsung Galaxy A71 hoping that it would get back its 3-4 day battery life when new but sadly the now 1 day battery life has improved by just 1/2 day with it's replacement battery. Perhaps batteries have been lying around for a while or a there is something else that drains it rapidly though the internal information doesn't shed any light. 30 mins BBC sounds = 10% battery. In my situation this sadly was a waste of money

Zac in the Brighton Churchill Square store was an exceptional help and really went the extra mile for my Google Pixel Pro 7. I left feeling extremely happy with the service and it is the best service I have ever received when having an issue with a phone. I would recommend to any friends and family that require their phone fixing! Zac was clear with instructions on how long it will take and the procedure. Extremely friendly and got the phone sorted in the timeframe he stated. Well done Ismash for employing incredible workers! Should be proud having Zac at the company! 5*****

"Kingston branch fantastic service"
Moo at the Kingston branch was very helpful, repairing my son’s phone, cracked screen and back housing, very quickly (quoted 2 hours but received the ‘it’s ready call’ with 1 hour) he also replaced the battery too! Can’t recommend iSmash Kingston enough, thank you for the great service.

"iSmash - Cribbs Causeway Bristol"
The reception girl in iSmash (Cribbs Causeway Mall, Bristol) accepted my iPad and explained a battery replacement is more complicated and takes longer than an iPhone which I already knew - that’s why I brought it here rather than do it myself. I left it expecting to get a call in a day or two. I actually got a call later that day!
I live 30 odd miles away so I came back in the morning and had a nice breakfast in Patisserie Valerie a few steps away from the shop. Painless collection and iPad now works fine without losing all its charge in half an hour!
I’d use this place again, especially for an iPad battery. Originally intending to do it myself (I’d done my iPhone recently), I don’t think I could have done it any cheaper and the YouTube vids of this repair frightened me off! Hey and I got a nice breakfast to boot!

"Really good service and quick Google Pixel screen repair"
I had a really good service, Tosin Kolawole who attended me at the Canary Wharf brunch, repaired the screen in less than an hour. Bless him. I was concerned not being able to get thing done quickly as I was a few hours away from taking an international flight and all my booking details was saved on my phone. 🙏
