Terrible. On ismash website it shows it takes up to 90 minutes, but however once I have gone to store they have advice me to come next day as it will take up to 3 hours.

I took my MacBook in for a new battery 3 weeks ago. They given it back to me twice and sent it away to their repairers who told them they couldnt help. Im currently without a laptop and currently the branch is waiting for a head office management response. I emailed head office 2 days ago, they acknowledged my email but haven’t responded to say what might happen now. Terrible situation

Attended the Glasgow Buchanan St branch to have a replacement battery in my old Google Pixel 4a.
£39 and done in an hour.
Very Happy to say after a full days use I still have 42% power left. Brilliant.
The staff member was very knowledgeable and a friendly.

"Terrible customer service"

I came as a walk-in customer to have my speakers fixed. The person at the counter didn't have time and asked that I book an appointment. The site is already terrible as it is so I had to do it in front of him. He advised the time that would be best. Only to return on set date and they tell me that they don't have the part and could not have known to get it because I booked a diagnostic appointment. Had very nonchalant behavior and didn't even take a second look at the phone. I had to ask specifically before he told me to go to London Bridge branch as that's where the parts were.
