Nothing was too much trouble.
Went to buy one pair of binoculars and ended up buying two pairs.
We now have a pair of binoculars each and they are superb and better value than Argos or Amazon.

I ordered a lens filter last minute for a photo shoot in December and needed to receive it next day. The guys could not have been more helpful and I was very impressed as it was only a small order and the first time I had used them (but not the last). Great customer service and knowledge.

"Knowledgable, helpful and better prices than online"
I did tons of online research on binoculars, identified 7 that I wanted to try: Microglobe spent an hour letting me try them out as we whittled it down to 3. Two cost over £400 and the third £155 from Barr&Stroud. I was very tempted by the more expensive ones but they recommended the cheaper ones as being almost as good and over £250 cheaper. They were knowledgable and patient. My only complaint was that it was raining outside!

The afghanistani shop owner was a true delight to speak to, allowing me to try anything I wanted for almost an hour.

I ordered a night vision monocular but before I received it I requested a refund.
I was told this was ok and to ship it back.
I contacted them a few days later as it never arrived and was told they had contacted royal mail to have this returned...strange I've never herd of this being done before.
They told me that I would be refunded on Thursday...No refund...I phoned them and they said they would definitely do it on Friday.....17:40 And I have phoned them twice and PayPal once....
As it sits Microglobe are telling me They have refunded me and PayPal are saying that they haven't.
So I can only assume that microglobe are not being straight with me as PayPal have no reason no to tell me the truth.
I have a dispute opened that once microglobe refund me will be cancelled but they are refusing to.. this is for an item that is near £1000.
DO NOT SHOP WITH MICROGLOBE as I am out £1000 and just before chriatmas this is very bad.

This company thinks the consumer contracts regulations don't apply to them, they sent me a defective pair of binoculars, i returned them but they refused to pay my return postage, to add insult to injury they only partially refunded me less the original postage, i had to submit a claim through Paypal to get my money back, Paypal decided in my favour.
They still refuse to refund my return postage, this is against UK consumer law.
Never will i shop here again!!
