"Scammers"

Terrible service, I am waiting THREE months for a simple order of a battery pack, with almost no responses to my emails. To anyone trying to buy anything there: always use credit card payment so that you can do a chargeback procedure and leave these scammers with the problem. I have made the mistake of paying with bank transfer so I am left with legal action only.

"No product"

Ordered online, waited, no product and they have no record of my order. They are now ignoring me so im progressing this via my bank to get my £209 back.

Avoid purchasing anything from them.

"Excellent price! Responsive customer service. Refund process could be better."

Purchased a pair of Helios binoculars, because the price was best I could find. The first item was faulty and I received a replacement pair in a week's time; they payed for both couriers. The second pair was faulty too however, so they offered a return/refund option. I agreed and they provided return slip.

Up until this point, the experience was definitely 5 star rated. I had to remind them two times that I was still waiting for the refund and waited shy 2 weeks for the payment to land on my account. Hence the 4 stars.

Overall I would definitely recommend this retailer. Just avoid Helios bins, I guess..

"Excellent company!"

I needed a part for my telescope mount and found Microglobe to be one of tge few that had it in stock! The price was competitive so I took a chance. To say I am happy is an understatement! Delivery was super fast and the packaging was safe and secure. All in all, a very pleasant and simple transaction. I would not hesitate in dealing with Microglobe again!

Ordered on Saturday and received by 1st class signed for on a Thursday. Good communication and received item in good packaging. would use again. Best to contact them if need be by email as I found this to be very quick. Very happy with the service I received.

"The KING has NO CLOTHES !"

Be aware: instead of NEW product with its 10 YEARS warranty they sent me a USED product with 1 YEAR warranty !
Is this legal ?
How many others buy products here expecting to receive a new product not a 2nd hand one ?
After I sent my order, I sent emails (Jun 19th, 20th, 22nd), and promptly received their replies (Jun 20th, 22nd, 23rd). When the product arrived and I discovered it to be 2nd hand, I sent emails (Jun 30th, Jul 2nd, Jul 6th) and as of today Jul 18th 2020, no replies.
I admit being gullible, I trusted them and was taken-in by what I saw, ...(other sites, e.g. ebay, sell new as well as 2nd hand but i find it clearly indicated if item is not new), so I wish to warn others thinking of buying here to be careful.

I bought a canon lens from eBay which was arounf £1000 but i i saw the canon product lower price i told them and they said that that eBay Charges 20% so i paid more but anyway i was am happy with this lens hope to deal with you again in microglobe

"Attractive prices, just don't expect delivery"

Their webiste showed the product as being available and estimated delivery to my address as being 2-5 days. 2 weeks after ordering i sought an update via the website but got no response. I emailed them and eventually they responded that they couldn't fulfil the order and they'd transfer the money back "soon". I am not optimistic.

Edit 1: they did in fairness refund me. But due to currency fluctuations between purchase and refund I lost €4.90. Not to mention the 2.5 weeks waiting and now i have to order the product elsewhere. Could've been avoided if they just kept their website up to date in terms of stock availability.

"Took my order online"

Took my order online, kept my money for two weeks and failed to mention that they didn't have the items in stock. I had to phone them to request a refund and I'm still waiting for that.
My advice - order from another company.
