"NO PROBLEM FOR ME!"
I have dealt with Microglobe on three occasions over the past two years and I haven't had the slightest problem with them. My last order was for three (yes, three!) Barr and Stroud binoculars and they arrived the following day, exactly as advised.

"Appalling service, goods not sent - AVOID"
This company give prices that are just a bit cheaper than the best other options available and that makes them seem bona fide along with their quite well constructed website - however this conceals a lack of interest or concern about customers and failure to respond to reasonable queries. It is also obvious that they have put up the positive reviews on TrustPilot themselves - including very similar sounding 'plugs' for products disguised as reviews. If you filter out the fake reviews here they would drop to one star. Pay a little bit more and get your goods from a genuine and reliable business - note that I am not going to recommend one, that's because I'm a real reviewer and not simply trolling for business!!! If you try to deal with these people you will regret it.

"Super Service!"
Very happy and very satisfied with the product and the service!
I ordered early on 25.01.2012 and I got it 9:30 am on 26.01.2012
with Royal Mail. I will shop again from Microglobe UK. The only
thing is, you have to login in their site to track the progress
of your order. But I did not have any problems with that.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company based in UK!
Super! What can I say? Just the way should be!

"Suoer quick delivery"
Read some reviews about microglobe and was very unsure wether to buy from them. Glad i took no notice and just jumped in and bought my flashgun from them. Said it was instock and it was cheapest on the net by far. Item was received within 2 days of ordering. Great service...Will use again. I think sometimes on review sites you only get reviews from people who have had a bad experience's and not many people write the good ones which is why i have.

I just want to let everyone know who is looking into buying microglobe a few things..
I am not trying to put them down in any way, and go ahead do not take my advice but I feel as though it is only right to give this information out there to the people who are looking into buying items from this store.
I have a Nikon d40x and was looking into buying a Sigma 105mm Macro F 2.8 lens today. I popped into the shop on Galen Place in London feeling as though I would prefer to buy the lens in the shop, meet the owner, just in case I had any problems I could bring the lens back to the shop directly, not have to deal with the whole Nikon Company, even though there brillant just would be easier. After entering the shop you could tell that it was an online selling mostly, boxes everywhere, and it had me thinking a little bit. I then asked for the lens and one man behind the counter, totally oblivious to the seen just nodded and walked away looking for it. It took him 10 minutes till he returned and said that there were none left. Even though he searched the computer database saying there were two available. (You can imagine how many boxes and everything all over the place now right..?) So as I waited checking prices at other stores in London on my trusty iPhone a father and son stumbled into the store. They took out the receipt to there bought binoculars. The man behind the desk, (two men that work there) just looked at the recept and said here let me give you the number to the company. Precisly why I came to the store to buy it! Having seen this I feel a little uneasy to buy a lens, and reluctanly they couldn't find it i stumpled out of the shop and around the corner to a few of the others. After talking to a few other shop owners about why there prices to this same lens were higher by £30-40 He told me the following. (Which is the whole reason to the post).. but please read it will help you make a good choice.
He said this company (Microglobe) had no affiliation with any of the companies they sold produc

"good sales, extremely poor aftersales"
good sale and prompt delivery of item. however when item became faulty, it took a long time, and many emails and phonecalls to get it sorted out. there was also quite an accusatory attitude from the staff, i did not feel comfortable or reassured when speaking to them. i think microglobe would be good for purchasing items which are not hugely expensive or likely develop a fault, rather than items such as lenses which are a big investment.
i certainly will not be purchasing from microglobe again.

"Excellent service."
After reading the reviews on Microglobe, was a bit nervous with ordering from them. But then again who reviews a company when they've had good service!
Ordered a Tamron 90 macro lens for the cheapest price seen on the internet and it arrived two working days later.
Can't say fairer than that.
