I was struggling to choose binoculars when I visited the shop in March 2017. I was given excellent advice and was encouraged to try out several pairs. As a result of this excellent service I purchased a pair of Nikon Prostaff 7S 10x42s. I have been delighted with them. I should have posted this review long ago!

"A terrible Experience"
Unbelievable. No knowledge. I asked a simple question about lens and telescopes he referred me to the website. The whole reason we got to a shop is to leverage someone's experience. I was shocked!!!! Coming from overseas i would never use them again.

"Refusing to refund for faulty pair of Helios binoculars"
I bought a pair of Helios binoculars. Paid over £150 for lightwing ED model (We already have another pair). What arrived was faulty. I asked for a RMA, no response. After chasing they authorised a return, but then denied it was faulty. Saying well only a little bit, but they are all like that. Do you want us to resend it or give you another which is the same! (Another shop checked their stock saying it was fine and wished me luck getting a refund!)
NO! MicroGlobe I have rejected the item and I want a refund! Ten days later and no response and no refund.
Do not buy from these people.

"Worst service ever"
Ordered an item, they told that they have on the spot. After couple weeks of waiting, tons of unanswered e-mails and calls later, they say that they actually does not have this item and will refund the money. Sure. Couple days passed, money still not returned, so I call them to found out that they had to pay too huge bank transfer fee to refund, which is ridiculous (of course they did not let me know that, had to call myself). We agree that they will refund money on PayPal ASAP, but hey, still waiting...

Great company. I needed to get a set of binoculars, and had been frankly bewildered by reviews and comparisons of models online. It was really hard to find anywhere in London to get some decent advice other than at Microglobe - really helpful, let me try a number of pairs without pushing any on me and let me go away to think about it. As a result I bought a more expensive pair - but much better - than I would have done otherwise, but I am really happy I got better value. Excellent service.
