"Estafa!!"

Contratamos la excursión de la cueva de hielo y un completo robo!!
Te llevan a una cueva inundada, llena de gente y ahí esperas 40 minutos a que los otros grupos se echen una foto y cuando consigues pasar por el agua (zapatos y pantalón mojado) tienes 10 segundos para echarte la foto más cara de la historia puesto que hay grupos detrás esperando. La luz del casco que te dan no alumbra nada por lo que te vas tropezando con todas las piedras, la guía se supone que te tiene que explicar algo y es muy poco lo que hablo!! Deberían reembolsar el dinero de esta estafa!

Super guides kinga und Martin nicht zu toppen aber auch Anastasia und Andreas auch wirklich gut. Alle bestrebt dass die Reisenden die Nordlichter auch zu sehen bekommen. Während der Fahrt werden die Nordlichter gejagt und es gibt keinen festen Plan. Bei unsere ersten Tour sind wir bis Finnland gefahren- bei unserer 2.tour stand der Weg bis Schweden auf dem Plan -Warane nicht notwendig…kinga hat einen super Platz gefunden.wir hatten einen sternenklaren Himmel und die Lichter waren uns wohlgesonnen..neben grün konnten wir auch rote Lichter sehen. Es wurde Feuer gemacht und tolle Photos geschossen . Gleichzeitig wurde sehr viel wissen an uns weitergegeben und wieder guides die für ihren Job und Norwegen brennen 🔥. Eine Freude zuzuhören.absolut empfehlenswert

"Had the time of my life on this tour"

Had the time of my life on this tour! I travelled solo along the south west coast for a week and while there were MANY highlights this one was among the top. Our guide, Vallou (sp?) was THE BEST. He made the tour so speical with his zest for life, knowledge and stories, demonstrations and humor. The tour itself was a gem but Vallou made it even more special. Highly reccomend!

"Incredible Iceland"

Our Iceland tour was absolutely incredible. We could not have been happier with the itinerary. Some of the hotels used away from towns were in absolutely stunning locations. The time spent in each location also suited both my husband and myself. There was a bit of confusion over our last day (booked for snow mobiling when itinerary said Landmannalaugar Tour), but that got sorted out. Our driver/guide left us at our bus stop at the beginning of the tour after denying we were supposed to join his bus which caused a little stress, but returned within 20 minutes apologising and off we went. We do believe that he was a bus driver struggling to be a guide and not particularly happy about it, but he did a good job keeping us all on track.

They sell a tour for "Crystal" ice cave, which according to their own partner tour guides has drowned already some years ago. There are some smaller ice caves in the area which the guides can only take you according to the weather conditions.
All the description in their tours are for the Crystal ice cave and the other caves are nothing like that. It is also mentioned in their itinerary that you can take tour own sweet time inside the cave, which is a BIG lie. For us, the tour operator took us at the entrance, we stood there not more than 2 minutes for a picture and then returned back. There were other caves in the area that we could have visited, but they decided that it's enough to take someone to the entrance of a cave to call it a cave tour.

Biggest waste of money for the steep price they charge for it! Definitely not worth a single cent. Ruined our day and much of time that we could have done other things around.

Danielle was a fantastic guide at the Silheimarjokull Glacier Guide tour. She was such a informative guide, and everybody fell comfortable.

Salvi - the funniest, most entertaining and jolly tour guide, his laugh made the trip memorable!!

"Heartless operations, doesn't care about customer"

Completely heartless, 'assembly line' operation designed to maximize tourist throughput and that doesn't care about the customer. I had booked a Silfra snorkeling tour for me and my parents. The tour was supposed to start at 12:30 (with a recommendation to arrive 15 min early). We arrived at 12:35 because the parking lot we were directed to was not the actual meetup location. We were denied joining the tour for being late (even thought the whole group was still there), without any attempt to help us in any way, either by the guides or the 'customer service' person on the phone. No reschedule, no refund, no credit for another tour - not a shred of trying to be helpful. It felt like talking to robots. I have never seen this level of cold treatment of customers. Perhaps Iceland's tourist industry is a bubble - it grew too much too quickly.

"This tour and Gunn are AMAZING! "

This was an absolutely unbelievable experience made 100 times better by our incredible guide Gunn. She truly went above and beyond to show us everything we could’ve asked for and more (PUFFINS!) She was so knowledgeable, hilarious and accommodating. Can’t thank her enough! I will be recommending this tour and Gunn to anyone who wants to see and experience Iceland! Without this tour, I am positive I wouldn’t have seen half as much! THANK YOU for this 11 out of 10 trip!

"We had such an amazing unforgettable…"

We had such an amazing unforgettable experience with arctic adventures! More specifically Björn our guide was incredible; the weather wasn’t great but he was able to light us up and offer alternatives wherever possible. You could just tell his knowledge and hospitality was invaluable which made it for us. We will see you soon again! regards, Alexia and Manuel
