Complete disaster. After requesting a change to my return flight time it took 2 days to organise, first right date wrong time this was followed by correct date and time then changed back to the original wrong time then messaged to say they have no correspondence regarding my requested change of time!! After forwarding your email to me with the correct time to you, you finally issued me a new flight agenda confirming the correct date and time !!!!!
