AVOID appaling service We have booked 3 flights with omega due to price, going at different times over the next 6 months each one had problems. The final straw is we have realised they cancelled our outward flights on one st of flights but kept the return part. Never told us it was cancelled only found out by chance. Unhelpful and rude staff who don't care

It was an easy booking however I would have preferred that they indicated that it was a fare only ticket. Had it been highlighted at the time of booking I may of sourced my ticket somewhere else. I now have to shell out an extra £160 to book luggage. I am upset about the issue and will definitely be avoiding them in future as I would rather deal with a transparent company as apposed to a company that keeps such important information in the fine print. Just doesn't feel like a very honest way of doing business.

"OmegaFlightStore didn't pass my personal details onto BA and I almost wasn't able to check in"
I had a pretty bad experience.
I booked a flight with BA through OmegaFlightStore (OFS) and received a confirmation email from OFS. However, the day before my flight I realised that I had never been sent any information/links to check-in online. I tried to check in directly via the BA website, but the reference numbers that OFS had provided me were OFS reference numbers, not reference numbers for my flight with BA. I tried to call OFS six times, but no-one ever picked up the phone (this was during a weekday afternoon).
I then called BA to check-in online, however, they said that without my reference number (which should have been sent to me by OFS) they couldn't help me. BA did check to see if there was a booking under my name, which there was, but that none of my personal details had been passed on to BA by OFS, and so it wouldn't be possible to check-in.
After a lot of pleading with BA, and running through extensive security checks to prove my identity (previous flights I had taken with BA, my One World membership details etc), BA gave me my booking reference, which allowed me to check in and fill out all my details.
I got there in the end, but it wasn't a great experience and one that I wouldn't want to go through again.

The one piece of important information that was left off my ticket was the weight allowance. this caused and inconvenience at the airport and an extra cost. It would have been extremely helpful if you could have just informed me of my exact weight allowance as I assumed it was 2 X 20kg and not the awkward 1x 20kg and 1x10g. Omega if you want a good rating from me then please keep your customers informed so it makes their journey less stressful
