Got a text yesterday saying our flight has changed bearing in mind that we fly in 6 days!! Rang the number they provided aswell as other numbers and can be on hold for 40 mins then the phone gets put down without speaking to anyone!!! Shocking customer service! Will not use this company again! At this moment in time we have no clue what flights we are on!
This company needs closing down!

I booked a virgin atlantic flight to Lagos, Nigeria for two people flying out sometime in October but the email confirmation rather bizarrely shows zero bags entitlement for either of the two passengers. Clearly, at the point of booking on the website nothing indicated online that the price advertised did not have bag entitlement.
Trying to get through to the so calIed customer service line was almost impossible. Its either the line didnt work or it rang endlessly with no answer. When i finally got through to a rep, this was a waste of my time. All the rep could say was that the website was down and it could take up to one week to get it back working. In the mean time there was no effort made to correct the mistake on my booking. The rep advised me instead to email the matter to the support email address. I was reassured that someone will respond withjn 72 hours.
It's now 5 days later and I haven't heard from anyone. I have tried calling the customer service line for hours today with absolutely no one answering. I am very concerned about the lack of customer care and even more concerned about being given zero bag for a trans atlantic flight.
To be absolutely clear, no way did I or could i have booked two passengers to fly to Nigeria with no bags. I have also contacted the airline Virgin Atlantic today and they also thought this is a very abnormal booking for a flight to nigeria. I hope someone in this company will have the decency to get this matter resolved satisfactorily. Please check your email and respond to my complaint or have the decency to call me.

I booked flights through omega from aberdeen to Chicago via Paris. The Aberdeen to Paris flight has been cancelled. I tried to phone omega on multiple numbers most did not answer. One answered then hung up and the other answered then told me the flight wasn’t cancelled on their system so could not do anything about it. I phoned Air France and they confirmed the flight has been cancelled. Omega hace not helped me sort this out.

I need to change a name on a flight and have sent various messages using the companies contact us page, yet received no response.
The customer service number doesn’t even ring and have called several other numbers I have found, all of which leave me on hold for 90 minutes only to then have someone immediately hang up.
Not impressed, I just want to get through to someone to speak about my flight!

"no way of communicating with this company!"
I have been trying to get hold of someone to discuss my flight booking for over 4 days. They never answer the phone, when they do answer the phone immediately cuts off. I have received no reply to the email I submitted on the contact section of the website and tried every number available to me (about 8 different ones) they all get you to the same automated system and endless ringing with no pick up. Unacceptable!

Not sure how they are still in business. I called all their numbers in various cities and it's the same thing.

i have recently made a booking for 2 adults and 2 children from london to sydney. I have contacted them numerous times to request for a bassinet for my infant. But i still havent received a reply and they never answer their phones!!!!

"Feels like a scam"
I booked a flight, tried to change it well in advance.
Foreign call centre. I was told it was possible to change, but not that day because their "system is down".
Called back 3 days later as advised. "system still down".
Quoted me £1000+ to change a £500 flight, but informed me they couldn't change it, I would have to call the airline. I called the airline and was informed this wasn't the case.
The whole operation feels like a scam.
Update: I was able to cancel my booking and they have told me I will get a refund minus their fee and the airline fee.
The lies about the system being down seem to only extend to changes of flights where they need to take additional money from you. They don't take payments over the phone and setting up an online payment must be too difficult for them so just lie to avoid it.
I have changed my rating to 2 stars (from 1) as they are processing my refund.
Will update/change rating after refund received, hopefully, in a timely manner.
Update: No refund after 7 weeks. No response to emails nor answering calls. Back to 1 star then. Very disappointed.

"Cannot recommend this company"
Cannot recommend this company, booked flights after being referred by SkyScanner. Went through the whole flight selection, payment details and even spoke with an operator to confirm the details of the travel. Received what I thought was a confirmation email immediately afterwards detailing all this information. Went to check in for my flight and was told they had no record of the booking. Had to rebook last minute onto a far more expensive flight. Very disappointed!
