"Cannot get support, feels like scam"

No way to get in touch with customer service, tried calling emailing just like many of us did here, just cannot get any support. 1 week to original departure date and don't think can make the change we need to the ticket.

Feels like a scam, if cannot get any response then will definitely use other ways (including legal) to fight for the consumer rights.

Same situation, badly worded text message saying to contact Omega as flight details had changed. Both numbers given did not dial through. Contacted airline, flight had been moved back by 5 minutes. A lot of fuss and worry for nothing!

"Simply zero customer service"

Simply zero customer service. Don't reply to emails and phone numbers are disconnected - when you have a travel emergency they are completely uncontactable.

Booked through Omega a flight to the Philippines in December. Have been contacted saying there is a change to the itinery and to contact them. I have called 100 times and been on hold for over 10 minutes. Getting very stressed as I have paid a lot of money for this plane ticket.

Ha never will i use omega travel .....had tex flights have changed could not contact them no help whosoever.All out lets in uk closed my flight is monday 3rd sep so rang Cathy Pacific they were very helpful and seats are confirmed thank god .

Logged on to BA to book my seats and my outbound flight has been cancelled. Called BA they advised its been cancelled due to the connection time is too short. I have been trying to call Omega Flight Store on various numbers for 5 days now, answered the phone once took my details and put the phone down on me.

I have never had service like this and I feel sick that i now have no outbound flight, BA wont help and I cannot get through to Omega Flights.

DO NOT USE THEM

When I saw them on Skyscanner the rating was good but i wish I had dug a little deeper before purchasing my flights.

"DON'T TRUST THESE COMPANY"

They are absolute useless, non contactable, very misleading, unprofessional. Tried several times can't get through. This company should be taken off from the all booking sites and the airlines shouldn't accept the bookings through this company.

"Below average customer service"

Spoke to customer service advisor about change of flights - I could not understand what he was saying and he wasn’t really helpful with repeating what he had said or showing me the changes to the flight time. Kept putting me on hold without telling me until I asked what happened. Prior to the call, the line was always busy, when I did get through, no one spoke on the phone so I had to call back.
Below average customer service.

I also got text saying flight schedule had changed have been trying to contact for 3 days all offices either cut off or do not answer luckily contacted Oman air direct and flights are confirmed but cold not recommend Omega for customer service as it appears non existent i thought the company had shut down today
