"Omega went under. Call your parent airline."

I booked an international flight with a changeover in Atlanta months ago, but needed to change my connecting flight as there wasn't enough of a layover. For a week, customer service said their 'systems were down' (ie someone didn't pay their bill). I spent multiple mornings of my holiday trying to contact customer service, only to have the phone ring and ring. Virgin, the flight provider, was unable to help, as the flight was booked through this travel agency. Funny, because the last time I actually spoke to a person at this company, they flat out lied to me and said they'd given control of the ticket to Virgin. Well, as of this morning, at least Virgin has been made aware of the issue. They took direct control of the ticket and changed my connecting flight. The only thing I can recommend is to contact the parent airline. Terrible, possibly fraudulent company. I think they knew they were going under and chose to save face instead of bring honest with their customers.

"Appalling service"

Appalling service. They told me to call them immediately due to flight change. I couldn't get through despite repeated calls. Asked them to call or email me repeatedly. No contact from them. So frustrating.

was sent an email to contact them immediately about a flight time change after three days of calling with on one answering the phone I have given up.Customer service only works if the phone is answered,just keeps ringing.1 star as I cant give any less

*DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES*
I booked flights to the US on Virgin and there was a schedule change that meant my return flights left no time to make the connection.
Omega never informed me (which they are supposed to do)
I have now spent 5 days trying to resolve this.
Omega have not ONCE answered the 5 phone numbers provided on their website and receipt.
One guy, who was completely unknowledgeable about flights, called me to say Omega no longer do flights.
I am simply unable to sort this out despite it being 4 weeks until my flights.

"Non existent customer service"

It all looked pretty good in terms of price when we booked a flight to Kuala Lumpur in May. Then we received a text message that the flight itinerary has changed and Omega needs to be contacted.
If it was that easy! Omega doesn't reply to any emails at all, not even within the promised 48 hours nor do they pick up the phone at any time. It is permanently engaged.
Companies like these shouldn't be allowed to operate and stopped once and for all as this is not acceptable.
Not sure what the outcome will be, but booking with Omega again? Never!

"Stressful experience but all turned out fine in the end."

Bought Xiamen/KLM ticket from Amsterdam to Hangzhou (China) very cheaply, around £400 less than the official KLM price, which was a steal, however after reading all the reviews on the site started to get a bit nervous it was just a scam.

Only received details of the flight a few days after booking, once I received them found that the booking number wasn't valid for the flight and it was only once I called KLM that the problem was resolved and the correct details were found. While this was going on Omega's customer service was non-existent, their number was not recognised on the website and all the lines to their offices were constantly engaged.

In the end my flight ended up being fine but it felt like a very dodgy experience from start to finish.

TL;DR bought very cheap tickets, became slightly suspicious through lack of communication, have zero customer services, not clear how to redeem your booking at all as number given was incorrect, however all was fine in the end with a call to KLM customer services.
