"NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE"
NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with Omega Flight Store and I am quite honestly reluctant to use Kayak’s search engine again because of this company
I was sent an email from Omega Flight Store advising that flight times had changed 3 weeks ago and that we should contact them immediately. I have tried to call EVERY SINGLE DAY for 3 weeks and it either rings out, is engaged or someone picks up and puts the phone down. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCED SUCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Its actually non-existent and is causing quite a bit of stress as I am unable to accept the flight change. I have called the airline directly and they have advised that they can't help as I booked through a travel agent. ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATING AND TRUELY UNBELIEVABLE. HOW CAN THIS COMPANY EVEN BE OPERATING?

Just to add to the entire long list of negative reviews.
Two tickets booked all fine two months ago however airline has cancelled our connection flight and for love nor money can we get in contact omega travel store or aka Milburn travel Ltd as of 31/08/18!
They ha e lost their atol membership as per thr article on the sun . Co.uk website.
Airline won't help these guys don't answer. If I do no get a reply by weekend I will go via credit card for a refund.
Joke of a company who prides itself on service next to no other!

Booked my ticket through Omega. Then got a badly worded email and text saying that my flight itinerary had changed and that I should contact them immediately. I have sent over 5 hours trying to speak to someone on the number provided but have still not got through to anuone. This is totally unacceptable and appalling customer service. I still have no idea what has happened to my itinerary.

Called them to follow up my flight changes but nobody answer..i called all their numbers but just keep on ringing..very poor costumer service and lelt their costumer hanging on the air..I will never take ticket and holiday from them again..

We Need to let you know that we had a bad experience with Omega Flight Store / Omega Travels. There is no way to get in touch with customer service tried calling emailing just like many of us did here, just cannot get any support. 3 week to original departure date and don't think can make the change we need for the ticket.
