Worst website to book flights. They show you cheap rates and you book with them NON refundable. Their ticket routes violate IATA policies. At last minute travel authority cancels your flight. You dont get refund from Airline Or Omegastore.

"Awful booking company"
This company has caused me nothing but hassle. I booked 6 flights in total (England to Australia return) a few days later I received a text message asking me to phone the company due to a change in the flight itinerary. I phoned Omega travel and they informed me that the flight times had changed and I would not be able to get my connecting flight, I asked for an alternative and they said they couldn’t check because “the systems were down”. I cancelled the flights there and then as they couldn’t offer me an alternative and asked for a full refund to which they said that was fine but all refunds need to be claimed through the airline. Suffice to say, the airline then informed me that this was not the case and the refund would have to be redeemed through Omega Travel. I have been trying to contact Omega travel for 2 weeks, their phones aren’t working and I have emailed twice and heard nothing. I am beyond disappointed with the “service” I have received and would urge anyone not to use this company!

"Customer service is non existent"
Have purchased tickets to Madagascar for my daughter. Omega emailed to say flight details have changed and to contact them urgently but it is impossible to get through. I have twice got onto the automated response for the London office and once for the Milton Keynes office, but am then disconnected before anyone answers. Have emailed asking them to call (as is offered in their email) but not response to date. Extremely poor company, best avoided.

"Fourth day running with no luck"
Fourth day running with no luck, can't get time off to go there and Airline says Omega have to book me onto another flight. I have been given 3 minutes to change flights which is not even enough to get off the first flight let alone walk to the next check in desk.
I guess all the 3 and 4 star ratings are fake as I have not been able to get through to them in four days and looking at other reviews, I am not the only one that cannot get through to these fraudsters

Yes, you've been very helpful on most things. But, I haven't received an answer to my email and it's been 5 days since I sent it. It's important as I don't have my air tickets yet for my flight in 5 days time!!!

I wish i had read Trustpilot reviews before booking with this company. Sigh.....
I bought really expensive tickets to Lebanon for a friends wedding, however they inferred the wrong family name on one of the tickets, when I investigated how this happened its due to bad forms html within website, duplicating the family name. When i tried to get hold them to help me reolve this it was near impossible, with the majority of the calls being hung up on. When i finally got hold of "Monica" (not her real name) in India she was one of the biggest passive aggressive, nasty people i have met. The airline, just needed her to call them and they would have changed my flight, but she refused. I know her life is not great, you can tell this by her attitude, but it does give me comfort, that i have only lost a flight and she has to live with herself every day.
Long story short, this was not resolved because of this awful company, i lost the flight and £100 due to them.

I booked through omegaflightstore for feb next year going to New York, they have changed my flights numerous times now and I am now left with not enough time in between flights, have tried calling and either no answer or engaged. I’m not sure what to do now, I’m panicking, this whole trip is a surprise for my partners 30th. I don’t know what to do, reading so many bad reviews as well!

Pathetic!!!After my ticket booked No one responding over email and never your number not reachable. I got fedup as the meal booking has to be done with you and my travel date is 5th. I am chasing you from 10 days with out luck.
Pathetic service and you cannot stand out in any of the competitions if this is the service you are going to provide to customers. I have just seen all other reviews which are very bad. My mistake of selecting Omega flight Store.

"Absolutely pathetic customer service"
Absolutely pathetic customer service. I would advise anyone looking to book with this company to stay well away. I booked my flights out and then had to subsequently change them due to not gaining travel approvals on time. I was even willing to pay any differences, charges etc to make the flight amendments, but this company made no effort to help me. I was told that the system was down for 3 days in a row, then they promised me to call the airline or give them permission to change flights. The permission didnt work as the travel booking had been locked by Omega. When i got through to customer services, they put me on hold for 40mins to say they'll sort something and then cut me off! Then never answered the calls for 2 weeks in a row. They've either gone bust or stopped using their pathetic indian call centre with a bunch of irresponsible agents who have no clue how to handle any customer service issues.
I'm now taking this company through the consumer rights board and claiming compensation for their disgusting attitude towards customers. I would recommend anyone else who's had trouble to go through consumer rights and make a formal complaint. I will not give up till i make this company pay for my poor experience! I want my money back and will not stop at anything less..
