"I need to talk to someone at omega PLEASE."

When i managed to speak to staff it was all good , i have tried calling the uk office number ( no answer) and long waits and the cut of after 8 mins.......3 times .
No response also to my emails.
.My question is simple , i have basicly booked a ticket to Tokyo from London via Rome , i want to take the flight from Rome but want to get an early flight to Italy for work , But i am finding it difficult to find out if it is possible to just take the Rome -Tokyo part of the flight......

Notified me by text that my flight had been changed. Number provided didn't connect, no one ever answers the phone, no response to email or web query.

Had to report to my bank as a fraudulent transaction and they are now investigating to see I can get my money back

I had to cancel the ticket because of emergency so i emailed them more then 10 times but didn’t get back to me. They even receive any call aswell. This website is just a scam and all of them. Don’t trust to this website.

"Appalling service"

Appalling service! We were hung up on on several occasions. They had booked our flight with the wrong name (using the same name for both tickets) and were unable to change this. THey told us to cancel flight and they contact airline to rebook with correct name. This was NOT what could be done, but MEA airline said if they contacted them it would be possible to cancel and rebook. Omega REFUSED to call the airline. I would NEVER recommend this agency to anyone ever. No idea how they have a rating higher than 1 star. On google reviews they are 1 star... i suspect they have manipulated trust pilot in someway to have a higher rating.

I have use "contact us" and email to contact them on a change of my flight, no one reply me for at least 72 hours and i am still waiting. As i am travelling from Asia, I may need to buy another tic first cos no one reply me in this website. My tix booked over here is with BA connecting to Greece. I have to call BA UK, and have to go through all the hassles to call, to email and check daily the flight status. Is a very bad experience. Worst ever.

I booked my flight on Emirates via omega flight store and I have came back from my holiday since. I am unsure why there are many negative reviews because I got a good treatment from customer service.
After booking my flight, I even contacted them and asked them for confirmation and they told me that an account has been created on Emirates automatically.. so 5 stars definitely !
