"Very helpful, but hard to get through at first"

I found it very difficult to get through to the customer service team, and tried to call several times at several points. But once I got through to Maria, she was very helpful in getting my refund for me, and went the extra mile by contacting the airline and getting me eligible for a full refund. I was overall very pleased with my experience.

Easy to complee website and cheaper than any other company for the same flights. It as also a bonus that they requested my flying blue number for the KLM flights.

We had to flight two hours late to go to an other destination and then take a bus for two hours
We Have been said it was an issue on the plane
But in reality it was just an overbooking , we had the confirmation at the arrival at the airport

I booked a flight yesterday through their page but because of unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances I had to cancel the booking next day. Sandy was the most patient man on Earth while helping with the refund process. I'm not sure what would have I done without him! Cannot thank you enough for your help!

My experience of using omega flight store was first class had no problem booking a flight everything was explained before booking and when booking it took less then five minutes to do the booking everything explained would recommend to friends.

Incredibly bad experience with omega flight store, unable to resolve issue as customer services said no one works on the weekend (quote) and lost £225 .
Would not use again and strongly recommend no one else does.

"CANCELLING A CONFIRMED BOOKING"

In June I made a flight booking, paid for it and received a booking reference for a BA flight in August. " weeks later I receive an email telling me that the booking was cancelled and they will refund my payment.
How can they cancel a confirmed and paid for booking? If I was to cancel a booking I would loose practically everything I paid. Shame on you and BA.

Your generic response does not comply with consumer law. You admit the error was on the side of the supplier, if the purchaser makes an error with the date or similar, he has no recourse. If I go into a shop and purchase an item and pay for it, the shop owner cannot run after me and take the item back, just because he priced it too cheaply. Omega Flight Store as the agent on behalf of BA has to sort this out with BA, the customer is entitled to retain his purchase and you have no right to cancel this booking.
