Despite trying to phone them the number given on their website is not recognised.
When question typed in on their page, it does not recognise it despite rephrasing question a couple of times.
I now have a wine fridge that doesnt work because I need help with the temperature and cannot get the wonderful customer service to respond.

The fridge stopped working. Emailed Saturday night [late] and received an email Sunday morning. Issue resolved and new adapter received on Wednesday!

I haver never received such fast efficient service from any supplier, on three continents. Well impressed
