Good experience considering.. first fridge sent never made it to me as it was damaged in transit, very frustrating as I’d taken a day off work to receive my delivery… spoke to subcold who didn’t know anything about it so said they would look into it. When they spoke to me I asked if they offered compensation due to a day off work for nothing they said no, a discount even would have been a nice gesture especially as I had to take another day off to take delivery again.
