Prompt delivery and little fridge just what was required.
It keeps cooler than I even hoped and is more quiet than expected. Very reasonable price as well

Bought a mini fridge for my daughter’s birthday, within weeks it stopped working told to send videos to prove it. Crazy! Eventually got sent a replacement which has just stopped working just outside the warranty. Been told there’s nothing they can do as outside warranty. Wish I read the multiple reviews saying the same. These fridges will break after a short time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

"Fridge lost at DPD?! "

Ordered a fridge. All was going well and dispatched very quickly. Got a delivery date which didn’t suit so changed via DPD. Item never arrived nor an update. Made multiple attempts to find out what was going on but was told to wait 6 days for an investigation to be carried out. Couldn’t offer me a replacement or refund until the investigation was complete!!!
Need the item asap for a function so waiting is not an option.
No fault of my own, poor customer service when item is clearly lost…

Had a minor issue with our under counter fridge outside of warranty. Due to delays with our kitchen renovation the fridge hadn’t been installed for very long, even though the warranty had expired. In any case, their customer service were incredibly rapid to respond, kind and considerate to our situation. They sent us the part that we needed free of charge. So happy with the service and we absolutely love the product. It’s been a fantastic addition to our new modern living space. People always comment on it being more practical than a wine fridge that you typically see in new kitchens. Would definitely buy from this company again. Recommend them to all of my friends.

Don't buy fridge from this company, they sell you after they say no warranty be carefull.
