I had a dispute on my credit report which I raised. My query was answered promptly and efficiently. The Customer Service Team’s response was polite and personalised - not just a standard template.
I raised the same dispute with another credit report provider at the same time and am still waiting the courtesy of a reply! Thank you Credit Karma for excellent service.

Well , it took me over two months for Transunion to rectify a default that shouldn't be there. The lender had ammended it and everytime I called I was told to speak to the Lender , to wait or just be fobbed off all together . How Frustrating ! I had email evidence, however no one would accept emails as evidence . Hit a brick wall everytime was disgusting to be honest .
First time I spoke to Chris , I thought he was like the rest, wouldn't listen unhelpful and unwilling to help but admittedly I was slightly high rate and getting frustrated so we didnt resolve anything. He was following processes not understanding my situation required a bit of stepping out from the box . When I got Chris again, I was calmer and eventually When I got my point across he did go the extra mile , looked into it and after 3 months the default was ammended . So thanks Chris for helping me !
I don't know why my situation took so long and why nobody would help for months though as it was simple really. Something to work on for the future ?!

"Trustunion - a totally flawed system"
I tried for one hour to obtain an online review. On each occaision on entering my credit card details CORRECTLY!! Your system did not accept the EXPIRY Date of my card. The message being ''Credir card expiry dateshould be the the current monthor at least one month in the future'' - What a ridulous statement.!
