"Just don’t do it. Beware…"

We’ve had this system for 3 years under their contract. The cameras are horrible. They pick up mosquitoes and Use the small amount of recording time you are allotted in less than a day. They stopped working within weeks and are useless but we are stuck in a stupid contract. We’ve been trying to cancel service for the last 3 months and now they state they’ve renewed our contract for 3 more years and we’re obligated to continue to pay. Very dishonest company. Do not use. You will regret getting into a contract with this company. They tell you one thing and then don’t honor what they say. I believe they manipulate to keep you in their stupid contacts with auto renew that you are stuck in forever with horrible service and equipment that doesn’t work.

"You pay the bill for defective equipment"

I've had a terrible experience with this company. I signed a 42 month contract in August of 2018. About 3 months later in October one of the sensors already broke. It ended up causing a false alarm and the police were dispatched. Not only did they charge me $60-$70 for a new sensor (I don't remember the exact number), they also billed me for the false alarm. Then, less than a year later, another false alarm from the replacement sensor. We ended up just taking it down and leaving it on the counter so no more false alarms. Then the glassbreak sensor started going. We've had to permanently bypass it or it gives false tamper alarms. Now none of the cameras are working. They kept claiming they would send out a replacement door sensor for free but never do. For $60 a month they offer a terrible service. I've just decided to pay the early cancellation charge which is 80% of the remaining contract. Might as well, the system doesn't work anyway and it's cheaper than replacing all the broken stuff. I called my bank and had them stop accepting charges from the company just in case. I don't trust this sleezy company to not pull any shenanigans.

"This company does not even deserve 1…"

This company does not even deserve 1 star!! This is the worst security company ever!!
You are never able to speak with anyone. My alarm has went off 4 times in 1 day for no reason and each time I try to speak to customer service the phone disconnects. I can't wait for my contract to be up!!

"Had a 5 year contract...DO NOT USE"

Had a 5 year contract, ended in June. Have spent at least 25 hours trying (with no luck) to cancel system. They do not get back to me, leave me on hold, leave messages. THEY DO NOT CARE...DO NOT USE THEM!

"I've seen how little care this company…"

I've seen how little care this company as from the insides. on the date of August 10 I've been put aside of the fluent company, the reason to slow at filling up the tasks. I've been there just a little more then 2 weeks but still didn't been up to there expectations regarding speed. the calls them selves we're good it's been confirmed there is recording of those, my care was there because my intentions and dedication was high. what is sad is that the company didn't put much interest about that, they want speed over quality, don't believe me? please take a look into the ratings of this company or anything consumer related, they just don't really care. on one of my training calls a customer was stubborn about us not canceling one of his two accounts, he did the papers wrong after the third time I've explained it to him one of my lead told me, "after the third time you can hang up on him" but I didn't, insisting on a team lead to speak with him so he can feel like we took care into is problem and we did but sadly it is not the practiced way of the company. When I've been put aside it took less then 15 minutes before my password was revoked password used for everything fluent related including the chats, the adp, and we're my important paperwork's we're. I didn't even had the time to save worked hours and all the paperworks I've filled regarding my work with the company, also didn't have the time to say a quick good bye to my colleagues. After this the stress level was high with none of those informations who knows. they told me to do and ask everything through that one email address wich is the general hr one. this is unacceptable it's even worst then the care they put into the customer's. I had to constantly message the one lead I had the number of to receive later on that one proper call from the company that every revoked employee should have. I've put myself into so much stress for this company stress I had because of all the expectations I was putting on myself again my intentions and dedication we're really high for the company but I've put those more into the quality and the care over the speed. "I'm not a good match for the company" they said, I can believe that.

"This is the absolute worst alarm…"

This is the absolute worst alarm service company by far. Horrible customer service, they should be sued. I have sent numerous Emails to get out of my service, with zero response. My monthly service was $65 a month while purchasing the equipment. Once all of the equipment was paid for and for my monthly charge stayed at $65 a month. If somebody says fluent please get a hold of me I want in. I was just told today that I have to write a letter to fluent asking to cancel my account and my signature Has to be on the letter. "Garbage"

Garbage! their system works, theres a bunch of add-ons, you will own none of them and they are charged to you at 10 times the price. You could build your own from similar parts on amazon for a fraction.
Customer service?? forget about it! hours upon hours wasted to zero results. We're stuck in a contract, it's expensive, this sucks big time!

"You guys are a bunch of scams artists!"

You guys are a bunch of scams artists!! No customer support whats so ever!! We will be giving our story to our News team!! Hope you guys go out of business! No CS what so ever! We tried 3 months to contact Fluent! Then was told by this Eric we are locked in for another year as June was the deadline. Also to send a hand written letter to cancel! Get with the times!

"This company is terrible they are quick…"

This company is terrible they are quick to sign you up but I’ve been trying to cancel for 2 weeks and if I do get a live person they say they have to call me back and they never do !! I’m not sure why they need to call me back to cancel?? My 3 year contract is over and I just want out of this!!!! So beware signing up !!!
