The customer service from National Lighting was excellent, it was Hafsa who I spoke to.
One item was missing a part and I received the replacement the very next morning.

Quick service and delivery. Installed the down lights to find out that two of the nine lights were cool white not warm white like i had ordered. The packaging on all nine lights said warm white so it was a manufacturer fault not National Lighting but the speed in which National Lighting responded to my request for help was exceptional and they have resolved the issue extremely quickly. Impressed and will use them again in the future. Great Customer Service!

Well what can I say? Excellent!! I received my second order of Nitro Pro downlights (great quality light and easy to fit). Unfortunately I had a faulty spring on one item. I contacted NL, and without argument, Hafsa & Shruthi organised a replacement to be sent out to me. Very easy to deal with, and always prompt with their communication. Thank you National Lighting.

A refreshing change to dealing with online cyber sellers, thus company exists in the real, not just by a chat bot or suchlike.
I had a faulty transformer sent to me from my Amazon order. I phoned the company's help line and was greeted with a lovely polite lady who listened, responded with professional manner and sent a replacement without any arguments or pushback.
Thank you National Lighting for restoring my faith in buying online items. A decent and honourable UK company.

Unfortunately I got a couple of lamps which were faulty, but the customer service department has been absolutely excellent. Firstly sending out a replacement lamp and secondly arranging for both to be collected and a refund made. Five star customer service. Thank you

"Swift resolution"
I made an order for an item from National Lighting. I realised soon after that I had made a mistake and wanted to cancel the order. I made contact with the company but was told that it was too late as the order had been processed. I was advised what to do when it arrived, ie to refuse the delivery. I did this and I have just received confirmation of my refund. I am delighted with the speed and ease with which this problem has been resolved.

Ordered 3 fittings and they arrived promptly but the glass was broken on one fitting. A replacement was sent and received within 2 days without any questions. Great customer service.
