"Wrong mats but no refund"

I received a set in June. Although we submitted the correct registration, the front mats did not fit. Despite the company admitting they had sent the wrong mats they would not exchange as we had paid extra to have them personalised. They offered 40% off a new set. I would enter the same registration, so the likelihood of them bring wrong again is high. How many
sets of the wrong size car mats do they think I need?

"Excellent Customer Service "

I ordered a set of car mats for a Volvo XC60 which arrived quickly. I found the quality to be excellent and they fitted well. I contacted CarMats UK just to ask if the driver's side mat covered sufficient area of carpet underneath the clutch pedal. Amy responded very quickly and asked me further details and asked for pics and measurements. As a result of this, a revised design of the mat was produced and fits perfectly- covering more carpet area. I was impressed Amy's fantastic customer service, professionalism and quality of work. I will always use CarMats UK and have no hesitation in recommending them.

"Ordered mats for Hyundai Tuscon"

Ordered mats for Hyundai Tuscon. Paid for their " super upgrade" and added line of "you will not be disappointed" at the basket. Well I am. Only positive is they are quite thick for heel. Otherwise very disappointed, mats are very thin and very bland for £50. Next time look elsewhere I think. Not impressed at all. Not checked yet to see if they fit, totally uninspired.

"Wrong size delivered"

Ordered a mat for the rear of a van using the van make and model. It is way too big and this company will not accept any responsibility for getting it wrong. They charge 50% restock fee if you return it. Therefore with the cost of courier you have paid for something not usable because it is not economic to return it. Never use these cowboys again.

"Shoddy product, rude lying staff."

I ordered a fully tailored boot line costing £273.99 for my brand-new Tesla Model Y.
When I came to install the liner, I ran into two problems.
Firstly, there was so much Velcro on the product, getting it in place was impossible since everywhere the liner touched it stuck. This process left the new felt-like material in my car looking like an old chewed tennis ball.
Secondly, the product just did not fit at all in more than one place. I removed the liner since I could not close the boot with the liner still in.
I called the customer service department and spoke to a very rude young woman called Amy who told me that the boot liner did fit, and that I must be doing it wrong. She told me that every car that boot liners are made for are laser scanned and so the liner does 100% fit.
To make matters worse Amy told me that if I did not take videos of the liner in place in the boot, I would not qualify for free return shipping.
I then took videos of me trying to put the liner back in, which is not easy since I had to do it with one hand and the liner stuck to everything it touched. This left my boot material looking even more chewed up.
I sent the videos to Amy, and upon receipt I was told to send the product back and that they would pay for the return shipping.
Once they had received the returned liner I received a message from her assuring me that a full refund would be in my account in no longer than 14 days.
Surprise, surprise, in 14 days the money had still not been refunded so I called and spoke to Amy. She told me that the accounts team only worked on Thursdays, and they must have missed my refund for the last two weeks. Amy promised me that she would personally contact the accounts department and that the refund would be put instantly into my PayPal account, and that it would be with me today. Close of play today the refund has still not arrived.

"Stock images being used "

Fit was terrible and not at all like the image. Didn't even have the same number of headrest fittings for a back seat cover. Company advised it was a poor fit and nothing they could do so needed to return item and photos as not the actual item being sold.
14days later after confirming receipt of return and still no refund

"I'm very satisfied with my purchase"

I'm very satisfied with my purchase. My car mats looks amazing. Delivery was quick.

The only small thing, that there is this strong smell from rubber, but I believe after a while it will fade away.

Any other way I'm really happy that I ordered these car mats!
