My tools got stolen from a housing site from a plot that I was working in . I went for a break and came back to missing tools . They wouldn’t pay out as there was no forced entry. Please read the terms when buying Buisness insurance or you will be left in big trouble like me. .i will be cancelling policy as it’s useless to my circumstances

Absolutely disgraceful the lady on the phone was so unprofessional I was paying 165 pound a month insurance black box for a year I got an email saying stay with be wiser your in for a huge discount renewal for them to email me a quote asking for 367 a month I had a one years no claims new driver they said I would never be charged more than a new customer would I rang and asked when it stated I would never be charged more than someone joining new she said yes and we keep our promises our new driver monthly payments for insurance is 367 I said right and I was a new driver with use last year and paid 165 she said yes so your not getting charged more your getting the same price as a new customer I said absolutely not never received anything to do with my policy lucky i had there app

Very evasive,rude staff basically I canceled a policy after 14 hours as they had just closed and they said it was £125. Now they haven't even bothered to cancel it and there sending black box!!

It’s been such hard work getting a renewal quote, then getting through on the phone and wait times is a problem, then being passed about, being promised emails which never arrived, so not good be wiser. However once I raised a complaint, it was handled efficiently and promptly.
