I was really pleased with the helpful advice and friendly staff at Home flair Blinds when I called in to enquire about purchasing blinds for my living room and dining room. I was shown samples/colours and given advice on what blinds would best suit both my rooms. An appointment was booked for an agent to call at my home to measure my windows and I was given a date for the blinds to be fitted. I was really pleased with my blinds which didn't take long to be fitted and would recommend them to anyone.

My consultation visit regarding the Venetian blinds for my bay window was conducted with professionalism and met my initial expectations. During our discussion, I was informed about the potential for gaps between the blind joints, which was helpful in setting my expectations. However, once the blinds were installed, I was surprised to discover that one side of the blind hangs down a full inch lower than the other. This discrepancy is very apparent both from the inside of my home and from the exterior view, which detracts from the overall aesthetics I was hoping to achieve. What is particularly disappointing is that this issue was not brought to my attention during the consultation or addressed by the fitter before he concluded the installation. He left rather quickly, without making any attempt to rectify the situation or discuss it with me. Had I been made aware of the possibility that one side of the blind might not align properly, I would have likely opted for an alternative style that would have better suited my preferences and ensured a more polished look.

The lady in the store in Thornaby to Carl who came to do the measurements and the guy who came to fit the blinds too! All fantastic service and made it so easy to get done. Thank you to them all.
