Appointment didn't even know what windows were to be fitted. Jamed blind in then realised it was at the wrong window. Awaiting call back from manager that didn't happen company admitted fault .staff need to communicate better..and paperwork should be updated...dissapointed.

Dealt with this company for years, they have had my custom for 20+ years, decided to get curtains (very expensive) from them end of last year, it didn’t work out very well, lots of home visits not very good communication from customer service put errors right in the end. Had to pay 100% upfront before they would come and fit then the errors happen lots of hassle.

Very pleased with the service from start to finish, we had a slight mistake with the size of the tape on the blinds when fitted and they changed them for us as soon as possible, the lady I dealt with in the office was very helpful and lovely person to talk to,
Would use homefair blinds again
