"Blinds don’t close properly"

Blinds don’t close properly. First fitter came back told me they were fine made a phone call then agreed with me.
Second set of blinds were ordered fitted and were even worse then I was told I was closing them incorrectly!? And there was no problem. So don’t complain if you have a problem you’ll get a replacement that’s even worse.
Second complaint I was told someone would get in contact, still waiting.

Nothing was too much trouble even when I had a change of mind about one of the blinds I was going to order, they came back for a re-measure if that window and the fitter was excellent too made sure everything was left clean & tidy.

We have used Homefair for years. Even during the pandemic. No issues.
We ordered our blinds to be fitted at the beginning of January, and the company had trouble with customs. They kept us up to date, and our fitting was rescheduled twice. We had our blinds fitted on the 7th of February.
I am very happy with our blinds and the fitting.
If I had been a new customer, I'm not sure if I'd have been so patient.

The lady in the store was friendly & helpful. The man who came to measure and give a quote was friendly and I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. The blind fitter was efficient and fitted the blinds perfectly.
Overall a good service.

The sales person at the stand in the Rochdale Exchange was very helpful, showing me samples and arranging a visit to my house. The fitter came to measure up and returned a short time later with the blinds I’d ordered. He quickly fitted them and they are exactly right.
