Lovely friendly company to deal with. Only waited 2 weeks for my blinds. Fitted in no time! Very satisfied with look and quality of my blinds. Would recommend to anyone!

"Poor quality "

I have had problems with my blinds since they were fitted in December 2024, I have had all the excuses as to why they are short, and don't fit properly, don't even close in the middle.
I am so disgusted with the cheap quality of your products that Homefair now pass off in line with company standared, therefore you must have changed manufacturers as I have never had such rubbish in all the years that I have had Homefair blinds.
If I could give a none star rating I would.

The Sales person in the shop was so friendly, efficient and kind, making our needs very easy to fulfil. An excellent range of blinds available and at a very competitive cost.

The person who visited us to measure up, arrived at the time specified, and was also very friendly, efficient and professional and the job was done speedily.

The fitter arrived on time, on the day specified by the company and there had been excellent text communications prior to the visit to confirm details.

He too was very friendly, professional and efficient. He took great care and fitted the blind very speedily.

Many thanks to all concerned. We have no doubt we will be ordering more blinds from this company in the future.

From the estimator/advisor to the fitter, great service. Updates and phone calls before arriving so i didn’t have to wait about all day. Quick and efficient and great prices too.
