"Modern Comfort and Convenience: A Perfect Stay at XO Hotels Amsterdam"

I stayed at XO Hotels Amsterdam for one night and had a great experience. The self-check-in and check-out process was convenient and efficient. The room was newly renovated, spacious, and well-equipped, featuring both a bathtub and a shower. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities like an iron, a coffee machine, and snack vending machines, which were especially handy late at night. The location was perfect for visiting nearby nightclubs, including techno events like Gardens of Babylon.

"room 503 was good but a little bit cold…"

room 503 was good but a little bit cold for our likes , room 505 where my kids stayed was hot enough.
little bit more clean the bathroom.
rest room was ok with good view , silence and a perfect breakfast.

The whole hotel is very modern inside. it is also very clean. Our room was super nice. modern, great size and absolutely clean. the staff was very nice and helpful. we'll definitely be back.

Check in and out par borne informatique.
Très simple d'utilisation.
Chambre très bien avec tout le confort et très calme.
Un grand merci pour le personnel de Chambre et pour leur professionnalisme car tout était nickel après leur passage.
Parking facile d'accès et sécurisé mais le tarif est un peu élevé car en surplus.
Le tramway passe au pied de l'hôtel et direct au centre ville.
Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Hôtel très bien placé près des stations de bus et de tram. Personnel agréable et disponible. Chambre pour 4 très propre et grande mais très bruyante car dans une extension mal isolée. Petit déjeuner pouvant être amélioré avec des jus de fruits de meilleure qualité et des plats chauds qui devraient être chauds.

"Good as a base "

3 adults, 1 teen, 5 nights. Requested a quadruple room with 4 single beds but given room with double bed and 2 single which they changed for me following day. First room was a bit dusty, coffee machine not clean and sheet on double bed bobbly which I hate but second room was much better and I requested for it to be thoroughly cleaned. Didn’t book breakfast as felt it was too expensive so having a fridge in room wash a big bonus, would have preferred kettle (luckily bought my own mini kettle) rather than coffee maker. Was happy it was no drugs, no smoking and no pets. Had to pay for parking €20 a day which I think should be free for customers. It was ok for what we needed as we were out most of day and just slept there. Giving it 3 stars due to condition of first room and having to pay for parking.

Even though I did book my room with baby they wanted to charge extra for a baby bed. Bad hotel if you are here with kids.
