We spent 3 nights in your hotel . From arrival through to checkout every staff member we encountered was , welcoming , friendly, professional and very helpful .
Our room was very comfortable and spacious … the coffee machine an added bonus !!!! With a tram stop right outside the front door , the XO Hotel park west was a perfect location for exploring beautiful Amsterdam… Thank you to all in XO !!!!!!!!

"Smart and well connected."

Very nice hotel. Although not in the centre, tram stop right outside the hotel, metro and mainline station nearby, and it is located on a nightbus route.

Hotel is smart and the staff are friendly. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and very smart although some basic maintenance is required. The heated mirror and floor in the bathroom was great!

1 star deduction for the basic maintenance, but this aside, I would stay here again and would recommend it. Early check in options good value.

I had a fantastic stay at XO Hotel in Amsterdam! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring a comfortable experience. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely love to stay here again soon. Highly recommended!

The bedroom was clean (as well as the bathroom), service was impeccable, whenever we had a request, it was answered immediately ! Very nice personal at the reception! The hotel as a whole was super nice and cozy.

"Mitten im Museumsquartier!"

Für Besuche u.a. von Rijks- und Van Gogh-Museum perfekte Lage. Gute Ausstattung, sympathische und entgegenkommende Mitarbeitende. Schnelle und wirksame Hilfe nach meinem Hinweis auf ein ziemlich kaltes Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück, alles o.k., auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

"Carpet not vacuumed"

They only cleaned the sink a little. In the 5 days that our stay lasted, the carpet was not vacuumed even a single day so dirt accumulated.

Quick response to queries, easy to book in when we arrived. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Staff very helpful. Perfect hotel to stay for a short break.

"I cannot fault it! "

I cannot fault it! We stayed for 4 nights. We arrived early and the receptionist told us that there will be an early check in fee as we were 3 hours early which we didn’t mind at all! It was €15. The beds were so comfy. The room was spotless and the shower was perfect. Admittedly we only made use of our breakfast 2 times but it was amazing. So many options for fresh juices and fruits, coffee and tea, hot and cold options, pastries etc. The hotel is right outside a tram stop which we used to get to the airport. It’s also right outside a bus stop which takes you directly to the city centre. (We got a GVB pass which was €27 for the whole trip which lets you on all public transport I would highly recommend this) The staff at the hotel were always so lovely and polite. In my opinion, it’s just the right distance away from the city centre as it was only 15 ish mins on the bus but still further enough away from city carnage. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
