"The room was not cleaned properly"

The room was not cleaned properly; there was thick dust on the glass. I found a spoon used by a previous guest, and in February, I discovered a train ticket left by a guest from December.

De kamer was ruim en schoon. Helaas was het beddengoed vrij oud en vertoonde gaten.

You get what you pay for, it was relatively cheap and the rooms were nice. Unfortunately room service lacked abit, and it seemed they didn’t vacuum our room on some days. We also ended up finding a fake nail in our room, we hope it was just from the cleaning staff and not left over from previous occupants.

The shower was awful. It didn’t drain whatsoever and on one day it caused the whole floor to flood. We had to use all our towels to clean the mess which then wasn’t picked up by cleaning staff and left in a pile in the shower.

The location of the hotel though is pretty good, it’s in a non touristy area but it only took one bus to get into the centre. Although unfortunately there was construction work at night across the street which ofcourse is not the hotels fault but it was very loud.

"Prima hotel, ideaal gelegen"

Wij boekten afgelopen dagen een driepersoonskamer en kregen kamer 1015 toegewezen. De kamer was zeer netjes en ruim (inclusief de badkamer wat niet altijd het geval is). Goede bedden. Aan het onthaal van het ontbijt stond een zeer vriendelijke dame. Het ontbijtbuffet was prima en alles werd aangevuld. Meer moet dat echt niet zijn. Pluspunt is de garage van het hotel die je aan een schappelijke prijs kan boeken. Het hotel ligt net buiten het centrum. Met de tram voor de deur ben je er snel. Voor herhaling vatbaar !

Ik verblijf hier nu bijna elke maand een paar dagen het afgelopen jaar en de service en de kamers zijn elke keer top. Qua hygiëne en voorziening . De badkamers zoals altijd prima met de regendouche de bedden comfortabel en het voornaamste is het receptie personeel : bekwaam gastvrij, professioneel vooral in de herkenning en behandeling van hun vaste gasten . Ik heb het eerder gezegd , ik ben zelf trainingsmanager van een hotelketen maar het personeel in blue square is buitengewoon top . Blijf er zuinig op
