"Hotel correcto y recomendable. Volvería"

Hotel correcto, habitación bonita y amplia.
El baño muy amplio y muy bien acondicionado.
La cafetera Nesspreso es un acierto para quienes necesitan un café al empezar el día.
El trato en recepción algo frío pero correcto. La chica de la limpieza ucraniana, apenas hablaba inglés pero fue súper servicial y simpática.
PLUS 1: El precio para Amsterdam es bastante barato.
PLUS 2: El tranvía en la misma puerta del hotel para llegar hasta todos los principales puntos de interés es magnífico.

Puntos a mejorar:
* Falta algo de mantenimiento, ya que nuestra habitación tenía dos estores rotos y una de las ventanas no cerraba bien, lo que hacía que el sonido de la cercana autovía fuera algo molesto.
* Aunque en apariencia puedes apagar la calefacción o cambiar la temperatura desde la propia habitación, no se apaga del todo, sino que se minimiza, y para quienes no aguantamos el calor nocturno no es muy agradable.
* No hay canales en español, ni siquiera se veía TVE internacional, como en todos los hoteles de 4 estrellas o incluso menos en los que me he alojado.

"Amazing value for money"

Amazing value for money. Very nice room, comfy bed and great shower. Only 10 minutes by train to Amsterdam Central. Highly recommend

"Great location and accommodation"

Everything turned out as expected and advertised! There was a technical problem with our room on arrival, but an attentive and quiet male member of the staff responded quickly and adequately and we were checked in promptly. Clean and well maintained hotel, spacious rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds. Great location - tram stop No 2 is just outside the entrance - super efficient and quick access to the center and train station. After a long day of walking around the city, you find fresh towels and beds made for you! A nice but thoughtful gesture - morning coffee or tea! We recommend and will visit again next time!

"For the price in Amsterdam - really great"

Bedroom and bathroom really good. The coffee machine and the fridge was really good, at least for me since I spend 5 nights there. The things I considered downsides: the security was a bit low at the entrance, I felt more secure if you have to use the room card to open all the doors and lift as in other hotels; the ventilation make a bit of noise (for me was ok, but I know that can be a problem to some); the location is good because of the metro station 5 minutes away, but don't go for a walk, at least 6pm or later; my room neighbours were terrible, really noisy and drunk during all weekend.

"Great value for money"

We booked directly and we stayed for 8 nights at XO Hotels Couture in room number 1104, at 11th floor, and we had an excellent experience. The room was spacious and clean with unique views, the bathroom was spotless, we had always fast and reliable internet connection, the location was great (less than a minute walking distance from the tram station No 2 and 5 minutes away from the Heemstedestraat Metro station). Friendly accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. We'll be back again for sure. Thank you all.

Even though facilities there for tea and coffee making no cups in room
Definitely wouldn’t stay here again if I return to Amsterdam
