Muy buen hotel , cómodo , limpio y la recepción muy amables y atentos , te solucionan todo en el momento .

Staff was gentle and helpful.
Breakfast was more than complete. BTW I love scrambled eggs with bacon. Thanks to that, my day startet perfect.
Rooms are nice.
Only advice is around TV, we only found 4 german channels.

The room was neat and the staff was friendly. The hotel xo inner is in a central place with tram 12 you are in the middle of the centre of Amsterdam. And within 5 minutes of the hotel you are already in the Rijksmuseum or other museums. The only thing I liked less was the rain shower I like a normal one more

Mijn verblijf in dit hotel was helaas erg teleurstellend. Ik had een executive kamer geboekt, waarbij op de website duidelijk stond vermeld dat deze kamers over een bad beschikken. Bij aankomst bleek echter dat mijn kamer geen bad had, wat niet alleen teleurstellend was, maar ook als misleidend overkwam.

Ik heb hierover direct een klacht ingediend, maar de reactie van het personeel was onverschillig en weinig behulpzaam. Tot overmaat van ramp reageert het hotel nu niet meer op mijn e-mails, waarin ik om een passende oplossing vroeg. Dit gebrek aan communicatie en klantenservice vind ik onacceptabel.

Ik kan dit hotel helaas niet aanbevelen en raad aan om goed te controleren of de informatie op hun website daadwerkelijk klopt, want mijn ervaring laat zien dat dit niet altijd het geval is.

Perfect location for trams and great location in general to restaurants, shopping and getting around. Close to museums. Room was very comfortable with comfortable beds, great shower. Staff were very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel

Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, check in was very very easy. Reception staff were friendly. Fit for purpose, my partner and I were exploring a lot so the hotel had everything we needed.
