"Awkward room division"

Clean room. Friendly reception. Convenient location in Amsterdam. Room very small, but the most annoying thing we found was that the room had two single beds, with a wall between the beds (room was split in two by this wall). Hence the low score

"Prima hotel"

We werden op een leuke, enthousiaste en vriendelijke manier ontvangen. De kamer was ruim en netjes. De badkamer compact, maar niet krap.
Het ontbijt (buffet) was prima, ruime keuze en vers.
Goede locatie in het centrum.

"Quick check in and out"

Quick check in and out, excellent price, very nice receptionist, very clean room. We stayed only 5 hours, used the room to get some sleep before our early flight from Schiphol

The most Invading privacy you will ever see !!!
Throughout my life time in traveling, i have never been in such a situation. The staff member (named Agni) entered our room at midnight at around 1:30 AM without any prior notice (the hotel does not have swing bar or latch locking), causing panic and fear among my children and wife. he unprofessionally told us the reason why he enters is that we triggered the smoking alarm while we're at the utmost sleeping, when I forced him out of the room and threatening him by calling the police, he went back with other colleague to calm down the situation..! This approach was inappropriate and lacked respect for our privacy.
He treated us as suspects and that we need to prove our innocence. neverthelss, he smipled asked us to leave the hotel !! if we dont consent to his actions !!! is that even possible ? is that even legal ? The very strange is that the same employee "Agni" invaded the privacy of another customer in the earlier month with the same excuse (you can find it google review), is that A coincidence ????? I dont think so!! I immediately checked out caused I felt unsafe... watch out for your life there !!

It was a very good experience. The room was clean and nice. The staff behaved very well. The hotel had a beautiful and large lobby. Overall, we had a nice and relaxing stay

"Tegenvaller"

We verbleven 1 nacht in gebouw 2.
Had een vieze uitstraling in de entree en in de lift.
Er lag overal rommel.
Er stonden doorheen de dag en avond groepen de blowen voor de entree waardoor een flinke stank hing.
Op de kamer waren de bedden goed , het hoofdbord was flink beschadigd en gaf daardoor een onverzorgde indruk
Het ontbijt was prima en was in gebouw 1.
Dit gebouw gaf een veel nettere indruk.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, but in particular Georgio made the stay perfect. He was so accommodating, very friendly and approachable and nothing was too much trouble. He is a prime example Of what great customer service and experience looks like.

The rooms were lovely, clean and a good size, and the rainfall shower was great! A really good location convenient for getting into the centre of Amsterdam. Would 100% stay again and have recommended To a friend who is looking to visit the city too

We visited the hotel a couple years ago because our daughter lives in the near area. In the following years the hotel has become our conscious choice. We prefer it because it has comfortable clean rooms, with quiet common spaces, and warm atmosphere. Besides a few steps away there is a Tram stop with a half an hour journey to the city center. Nevertheless with a 10 minutes walk someone can reach either a metro or a train station. Last but not least the hotel is only one train stop away from the Shiphol airport . I strongly recommend someone to visit the premise
