"Amazing"

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Artemis. It was our first time in Amsterdam and the staff were kind, attentive and helpful every time we interacted with them. The hotel was in a good location for us, though out of the city it was a short and pleasant walk and tram ride into the centre. The bed was very comfortable, room was clean and spacious, it was very quiet and a peaceful environment. Next to the hotel is a very conveniently located Spar, which was great for late night snacks. Would recommend! :)

Hotel room was amazing for the price, bathroom was gorgeous with great shower temp and pressure, rooms were quiet and the staff were friendly, helpful and fun!!

La mia esperienza presso questa struttura è andata ben oltre le mie aspettative. Ho potuto felicemente trovare una struttura molto ben tenuta, un personale molto accogliente e una posizione strategica rispetto ai principali mezzi come tram o autobus.
Sono rimasto sbalordito per la pulizia e l’ordine che ho trovato nella mia camera. Io sono maniaco per la pulizia e qui nessuno può lamentarsi. Una camera su due piani, con l’affaccio sulla strada principale. Bellissima. Vorrei complimentarmi con il personale che si occupa della pulizia e dell’ordine nelle stanze e con chi gestisce questo personale.
Hanno contribuito a rendere la noatra vacanza ad Amsterdam una vacanza ottima!! Soggiornerei di sicuro di nuovo in questa struttura. Mi ha lasciato veramente un bel ricordo.
Anche il personale della reception è stato molto cortese con me e con i miei compagni di viaggio, aiutandomi di persona alla reception e anche prima del viaggio, rispondendomi con cortesia a tutte le domande poste.
10/10 per l’impegno e i servizi offerti da questa struttura.

Very comfortable bed,helpful staff, and very reasonable price , would recommend this place , and the fact Amsterdam is a beautiful city, and to listen to that famous bell made it all more charming about this wonderful city

"Unfortunately the fridge in the hotel…"

Unfortunately the fridge in the hotel room was without cooling. The appliance had power but it did not cool.

"Great hotel!"

The checking-in amd out was very easy and quick. The room was cheap, yet clean, beautiful, neat. My only regret is that I couldn't spend more time there.
