Perfect location with our own parkinglot and a tram nearby which transported us in 10 minutes to the Dam. Besides the location, we have enjoyed the room where we slept really well. Clean bedroom and bathroom. The automated check-in and check-out desk is also very useful and easy to operate.

XO Couture Hotel is the best hotel in amsterdam for price quality performance. The rooms and toilets are very clean. thanks for the housekeeping staff. The hotel is easy reach location for schiphol airport and centraal amsterdam.

"Nicht empfehlenswert"

Nicht empfehlenswert – leider enttäuschend
Wir haben vom 17. bis 19. Januar im XO-Hotel in Amsterdam übernachtet und waren leider alles andere als begeistert. Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind veraltet und kaum modernisiert, der Pflegezustand lässt zu wünschen übrig. Besonders negativ fielen uns die durchgelegenen Matratzen auf, die keinen erholsamen Schlaf ermöglichten.

Die technische Ausstattung war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Die Heizung war extrem laut und lief ununterbrochen, was nicht nur störend war, sondern uns auch regelmäßig den Schlaf raubte. Zusätzlich waren die Geräusche der Heizungsanlagen aus den Nachbarzimmern deutlich zu hören, was die Situation weiter verschärfte.

Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel waren unsere Erwartungen definitiv höher.

Great location close to the Van Gogh and the Reiks museums. We could walk to everything we wanted to see. Some very good cafes and restaurants nearby.
Staff super friendly and very helpful. Aircon not working properly and it was fixed the same day. Comfortable beds and a good shower. 20 minutes from the central station by number 2 tram.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before (in 2022) and had a much better experience, so I was disappointed this time around.

While the location is ideal, our room was disappointing. It was dark, dingy, and had a cramped, uncomfortable feel, almost like being on a canal boat. The TV didn’t work, and neither did the coffee machine.

When we brought our concerns to reception, a tall, strawberry-blonde man (whose name I didn’t catch) spoke to us. Unfortunately, he was rude and unhelpful. We checked online and saw there were other rooms available, but he dismissed our request to switch, even though we were willing to pay extra for an upgrade.

The overall experience was horrible. The shower drain was broken, there was only half a roll of toilet paper (which felt unsanitary), and the carpet was dirty.

I recently stayed at Hotel XO and was thrilled with my experience. I would especially like to highlight the hotel employee George, who made our stay unforgettable. He was always friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail to ensure we felt comfortable. Whether it was restaurant recommendations or information about the area, George always had the best tips. His dedication and positive attitude greatly enriched the atmosphere of the hotel. I can only recommend this hotel and hope to benefit from George's excellent service again next time!

The location was good, around 30 mins away from the center by bus or tram.
Also, the room was very clean and there were a lot of shops nearby.
The staff are very friendly and supportive specially Alexandra.
But, they should really care more about the hotel's facilities maintenance.
For instance: i couldn't control the room the service icon in my room. Also, the heater wasn't working properly.
