"Worst staff ever"

Worst staff ever, the manager refused to confirm booking over the phone (never seen) and hung up on me. Rooms aren’t clean, lots of stains on the floor.

It was a good place with a good service, verry clean ! Just, the fridge in the room dont works verry well so i have to drink everythinght hot… but I enjoye my experience

"Hotel funcional"

Hotel funcional, moderno y con buenas instalaciones, con la parada del tranvia linea 2 en la misma puerta que te lleva al centro en unos 15-20 minutos y con supermercados justo al lado.
Como notas negativas, que el aire acondicionado fuera central y desde la habitacion no podiamos modificarlo, teniendo que bajar a recepcion para pedir que lo apagaran.

Great location; out of the main part of the city but with excellent tram links. Helpful staff and well organised to hold luggage before taking the tram in the other direction to head to the airport.

"Stayed here for 2 nights"

Stayed here for 2 nights, first night the bed wasn’t very comfortable as my husband has a bad back, we told the receptionist, a guy called June who was very helpful, Very polite and accommodating. We got a much more comfortable bed.
The location is perfect, central to everything. Train station, restaurants are all within walking distance. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.
