"Quality place to stay, great for quick access to city."

We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Tram service into city centre was ideal but also other restaurants and bars within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Staff at the hotel were great, very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend a stay!

La salle de bain est très grande et très moderne.
La literie parfaite.
Je suis plus que satisfaisante et je reviendrai sans hésiter.

"Verschrikkelijk personeel en service"

Prima bedden, fijne douche, maar zeer onprettige ervaring gehad met personeel. Er werd op de deur gebonsd (kloppen is ook een optie) en de vrouw kwam direct binnen, zonder te wachten of we open deden. Wij waren ons aan het klaarmaken, voor hetzelfde geld stonden we naakt of hadden we een pleziertje in bed? Waar is de privacy? Met een zeer arrogante houding gaf mevrouw aan “there is no party here” terwijl ze ons op en neer bekeek. Blijkbaar stond de muziek te hard (3/4 uur in de middag, volume was echt niet buiten proportie, maar natuurlijk prima als we voor overlast zorgen) We hadden ook even gebeld kunnen worden of op zijn minst afwachten tot we open doen ipv gewoon naar binnen komen met deze houding, daar wij geen benul hadden dat de buren last van ons hadden. Mevrouw zei vervolgens boos dat we het balkon niet mochten gebruiken. Dit stond blijkbaar in de huisregels, onze fout dat we die niet hebben gelezen. Maar de houding van deze mevrouw was echt buiten proportie en onacceptabel. Zet een slot en/of een melding op de deur van het balkon dat het niet gebruikt mag worden. We hebben bij het hotel zelf een klacht ingediend, maar niks terug gehoord, dus dan maar een review hier. We voelen ons zeer onjuist bejegend en de inbreuk op onze privacy is onacceptabel. Daarnaast miste ik de hulp met onze koffers e.d., daar ik op krukken liep. Zeer slechte service, nooit meer.

"Everything was great"

Everything was great. The hotel team was very kind and always looked to help you.
The breakfast was always fresh and you had a lot of choice. The location is also nice because you had a tram station right in front of the hotel and also a super market like 3 minutes away. I stayed at the hotel the second time and was pleased again.

"Don't book"

The worst hotel ever😊It even cannot be called a hotel. Please don't book here, don't waste your money and time, and avoid bedbugs.
-Too far from the city center, 30-40 mins by tram or bus, this place is not worth enduring this inconvenience.
-Only one outlet of six was properly working. I charged my battery for a whole night and it was only 15% charged in next morning.
I called the reception but she just told me "your charger might be broken" "why don't you charge at the lobby"...why should I stay at the lobby until my battery is full even though I book a room??
-They didn't clean up my room on the second day. When I called the reception, the male staff (Patrick) laughed and said, "I don't know anything, I am not a housekeeper". He didn't apologize and said they would clean it tomorrow and that there was no problem.
-Next day when I came back to the room, it was so messy!
"Cleaning" for untrained staff for this hotel is arranging beds in a messy way and throwing cushions and covers on the floor! It is obviously impossible not to notice this when leaving a room so it's on purpose!
Garbage was left in the room and the bathroom was not cleaned, hair was left there. Only bath towels were changed, face towels and bath mats were taken away for some reason.
I should start my own hotel business if I can charge more than 100€ per night for this kind of work that fools guests!😉

"Window not soundproofed closed "

Room 606. One Window is not soundproofed closed, the bottle holder in the front door of the frigo was broken and not all TV Channels wasn´t available - Tuner Problem.
We said this at the Reception and did get a new room 916. Again a check out and a check in. We have lost a lot of time an d we did have to change our city trip plans.

"Chambre sale"

Chambre à moitier nettoyer , ont a retrouver un cheveux et un poil de nez sur notre lit, le quartier dans lequel ce trouve l’hôtel laisse à desirer .. rapport qualité prix un peu chere vue l’endroit et la chambre..
