"Katastrophe"

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was dusty and not properly cleaned, with the carpet in poor condition and bugs present. I was unable to sleep through the night due to the uncomfortable conditions. The receptionist was indifferent and unhelpful, offering no assistance with the issues I encountered. I ended up checking out the next day, cutting my stay short as I couldn’t bear another night there. Upon checking out, the receptionist didn’t even bother to ask why I was leaving early or check the system. Overall, this hotel was unprofessional and unclean.

De locatie was fantastisch. Het personeel was aardig.

Locatie:
Wat een mooie wijk is Amsterdam Zuid. Op zaterdag een leuk marktje in de buurt met delicatessen.

Hygiene:
Het hotel was niet schoon.
Vloerbedekking, in de hal van het hotel, de gangen en trappenhuis was vies, De rubbers van de douche zaten los waardoor het water lekte en de douchevloer heel nat werd en het behang naast de kast enorm stoffig.

Ruimte:
Verder was de kamer zo klein dat een kant van het bed tegen de muur aanstond.

Comfort:
Wel goede matrassen en koffie op de kamer. Ook voldoende schampoo, handzeep, conditionar en schonde handdoeken.

Nice quiet hotel within 3/4min walking distance from nearby train station …
Reception was very welcoming, professional and friend also helpful I needed to charge phone and they sourced me a charger..
Self service check in scan im your room card yourself very efficient ..
Thank you I will be back again if I come to Amsterdam

"Very nice boutique hotel."

Given that the building is somewhat restrictive because of its age, it was a very nice boutique hotel. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The location was great as it made for easy access for autos. It is a three minute walk from Museum Square and a two minute walk to the tram. When we return to Amsterdam, we'll book again with the Hotel Van Gogh.

Given the price and kind of hotel XO Couture aims to be, I couldn’t be any more happy. Very nice and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Comfortable, clean and silent rooms. Very near to tram line that will take you to the center in a short amount of time. Surely return if I have to visit Amsterdam.
