"Correct price / Quality ratio"

Spent one night with breakfast. Corner room 4th floor was spacy with good beds. Bathroom functionality and cleanliness OK. Breakfast with variety of offerings in line with price paid. Personnel is friendly. Subterrain parking lot with elevator to hotel all OK.

I loved this hotel. Staff is kind, helpful, willing to advise you on any matter relating to access to the city center. The rooms are clean and include everything that you need. The location is also great, where you can find nice restaurants and store.

"Service and repair rooms"

The room I was given had no phone to call downstairs. There check in after hours there were really not friendly it felt like they were doing me a favour to come to their hotel. The hooks were broken in the bathroom , the shower door has a gap and water splashes out when showering. No water in the room.
Hotel is very and located in a good spot.

"Schönes sauberes Hotel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung "

Das Hotel war wirklich super. Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür in einem guten Bezirk von Amsterdam. Zimmer sauber und ordentlich und genau wie beschrieben. Ein fantastisches Badezimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend und sehr abwechslungsreich. Bei der Buchung auf der Hotel Website konnte man ankreuzen, dass
man gerne in eine obere Etage möchte. Das haben wir getan und zusätzlich bei den Wünschen geäußert, dass wir gerne ruhig nach hinten raus und nicht zur Straße wohnen möchten. Leider erhielten wir das Gegenteil, Erdgeschoss und zur Straße. Wir verstehen, dass nicht unbedingt die oberste Etage frei ist, aber bei so viel Stockwerken erschien es uns doch etwas unwahrscheinlich, dass der zweite oder dritte Stock nicht gegangen wäre. Das fanden wir etwas enttäuschend. Immerhin waren wir sieben Nächte in dem Hotel und nicht nur ein oder zwei Nächte, und da hätte man uns diesen Wunsch doch erfüllen können, oder? Trotzdem eine insgesamt gute Erfahrung. Danke, an das überaus freundliche Personal des Hotels für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt!

Good hotel with good connection staff a bit rude does not smile or say hello, only the lady who took my bags when i arrived early was nice, the one that checked me in later afternoon was rude when i asked to pick up my bags that where in the lugagge room she put a bad face like it was too much trouble. Rooms amenities is ok but please bear in mind my room has window but could not be opened you have air con tho which helped a but noise

"Snelle service, geweldige prijs"

Kamer met fantastische prijs kunnen boeken op de eigen website van Hotel Levell. Inchecken en uitchecken ging erg vlot d.m.v. selfservice. Ruime kamer, schoon. En op 3 minuten loopafstand van Metro station Bullerwijk. Je staat zo bij de Arena/Ziggo/Afas en je kunt bij het hotel 24u parkeren voor 20 euro.

Really comfy beds, clean rooms, loads of space. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I will definitely come again.
